I am very grateful that we chose Andy’s to install our unit, we have had a few minor problems in the 5 years since it was installed. This fall presented a much larger problem, the power board went out, technician Al Harazi was dispatched to repair the problem and he did. Your company and employees all are very trustworthy and I feel you should know that. Thank you

Everyone in the duct aero sealing has a great working relationship with Andy’s Statewide in relationship to the best air purification system and high performance of the Air Scrubber.

Andy’s State did a full system installation. From the beginning from the initial phone call to the installation, everyone was so nice and walked me through everything I needed know. Everything happened so quickly. I called them, and the very next day I had a new AC, furnace, and water heater. John walked us through everything, and explained the maintenance. I always felt like I was in good hands.

Had yearly furnace inspection and maintenance, and Tim was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail which I really appreciated. Excellent service and will return for future HVAC needs.

Our AC unit failed this morning - Sunday morning - at a group home with disabled residents and the expected temperature today is 85 degrees. I first called the company we generally use for HVAC and was informed by an AI responder that I would get a call back on Monday. I called Andy’s Statewide where a real person answered, and a service tech was there in just over an hour. He repaired the unit and the price was extremely reasonable. I will switch our corporate account to this company based on the service response and pricing.

Very informative of when my appointment was and when they were coming. Was here for about an hour to do a tuneup and was very professional and let me know everything that was going on with my furnace and heat pump. I have recommended them to my neighbors and friends.

We had a furnace issue which was addressed the same day I called. Our tech was Austin S. and he was fantastic. He was kind, professional, thorough, and well educated on the issue. I would use Andy’s again because of Austin’s service. We then dealt with Vicky in the office who was wonderful and helped us with a great price on an install of a new system. Our installers were both named Dan and were also excellent, efficient, respectful, and great at their job. The whole experience was perfect.
