My technician Dennis was awesome! Got me up and running and I have heat in my house now for me and my dogs. Great service cool guy and got along well. I'm very glad I could get a same day appointment especially on a Sunday and it being in the middle of winter in Michigan you guys rock keep up the good work!🤘🏻

It was -2 ,degrees when my furnace went out. At 3:30am. I called Andy's 24hr service and they responded. The service tec was professional, knowledgeable, & kind, especially when I had a nervous breakdown, over being cold, up since 3:30, am and wondering how I was going to pay for everything. They finance, and I'm so grateful, because I am elderly, and have limited finances. I would definitely call this
highly-qualified company.

I had an incredible experience with Andy’s Statewide! They came out to check my furnace and were so honest and professional from start to finish. The technician was an amazing representative for the company—very respectful, knowledgeable, and he simplified the diagnosis so I actually understood the fix. To top it off, his boss was incredibly generous and personally ensured we were happy with the service. It’s rare to find this level of integrity. Highly recommend

I have the maintenance plan for my furnace and A/C unit so these are checked out every year. Today Parker was the technician, great job..
I have never had a bad technician from Andy’s, that is why I keep having them out. Would recommend to everyone.

Recently I called Andy’s Statewide for a furnace check up. Lucky I did! They found two cracks on my heat exchangers. I had had a check up about two years ago and the 38 year old furnace had passed. This time the diagnosis was a new furnace. Andy’s was very fast setting me up with Mark, a great salesman. He was so patient, answering all my questions. I had a lot. They sell Rheem and I was not sure of the quality of their furnace, but after scouring the internet, I found them quite comparable to the budget friendly models offered by Lenox and Carrier. We got three estimates and we ultimately chose the least expensive and closest dealer. That wasn’t Andy’s but they were quite competitive and if I knew more about them, I might have given them a chance. I bought from Family because they’re just down the street and we bought our air conditioner from them a while back.

New house, new town and it's below zero. So of course your furnace fails to fire. On the side of it is a refrigerator magnet with Andy's number. So I called, I got a human and they scheduled an appointment. In the mean time we got it restarted , but not right. Joe showed up in terrible weather and diagnosed the issue. In less than 3 days we were back in business, ready for more below zero weather.

He arrived promptly, as promised via email, worked diligently, completed tasks efficiently, and left the work area and furnace surface spotless. He didn't find any major issues (thanks to their constant annual care), answered all our questions even beyond the visit's scope. Dayton is a fine young man incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, courteous, and respectful, truly embodying great customer care. This company is really dedicated to providing the absolute best quality service possible! See your representatives on summer for the AC maintenance!!!

Quick response and suggestion from your scheduler. Having the product in stock and ready to install- only wish is that installers worked on Sundays.
The original quote I thought a “Smart” thermostat was a part of the package. Gladly, it wasn’t. The Google knows too much about me anyway- why should they know my comfort temp?

AMAZING SERVICE!!! Our heat stopped working and it was absolutely FREEZING out last night. The company that installed our system said they were booked and couldn’t come until the next evening and it was way too cold to wait until then. I called this morning at 9:00 AM and someone was here by Noon!! The technician(Ryan??) was polite, professional, fast, and explained it to me so I knew how to fix the problem if it happened again. Would absolutely recommend to someone if they needed help with Heating and Cooling!!

My furnace went out and I was without heat during this very frigid time and thanks to Andy's Statewide and technician BK (Bakeel) had the furnace up and running within a few hours ! I appreciate how prompt and knowledgeable he was by fixing the issue and giving me great advice how to maintain the furnace... I would recommend Andy's Statewide for being so prompt and knowledgeable.. really great people too !!

Service was extremely prompt and the technician was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Service call price at $109 was reasonable although the replacement part seemed to be a little bit on the high side likely reflecting some profit build in on the parts. Total price was $268 for our repair overall very happy with the service.

Always a good experience with the AndysStatewide Technician was very thorough in evaluating the heating system. Found a crack forming in the heat exchanger which is under warranty, however important to know so I can make it good decision on how to repair it.

Called Andy’s Statewide, the company that I have a contract with for servicing my HVAC system, to have them investigate an issue highlighted by my Nest thermostat that they installed for me a couple of months ago. They sent a service tech out within 24 hours. The tech did a complete examination of our system and did a thorough cleaning. It all is running very smoothly now. Top notch service. Highly recommend Andy's Stayewide.

Updated 1-29-26: Was having problems with my furnace during wind chills of 20 below. Tim came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. He did a great job and spent time explaining what he did and gave me some tips for running my furnace more efficiently. Great job Tim! Thanks, and thanks to the office people who were able to get me such fast service!
Updated 8-12-25 - Had Andy's tech out for my A/C annual service on 6-8-25. Nothing has changed. They are still the great company to work with that I reviewed earlier:
They have installed my furnace, water heater, and A/C. They are friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them!! In over 10 years dealing with them, everyone I spoke with, from the people setting appointments to the techs who do the service are all professional, knowledgeable, and truly caring that every customer is completely satisfied. You can’t do better than that!
