The service tech mr. Jose was very professional. He inspected my outside unit. Also my attic unit and explained everything step-by-step took the time to make everything simple and make sure I understood exactly what he was doing and what he was looking for and then gave me all the results never stepping back from any questions I had in regard to the service. He took his time to explain everything, and make sure that I understood his professional attitude was above and beyond I had expected.

I made a call at 1:30pm for a plumbing issue after I’ve tried to troubleshoot unsuccessfully myself. A technician was dispatched in 45min. Jonathan was VERY professional, accurate and thorough. He also shared helpful information and he helped me with a related issue as well. Overall 5 stars. I will keep ARS in mind for sure!!! Highly recommended!!!

Lewis H. was great. He notified me prior to his arrival and explain the process and details of the AC Maintenance Service prior to beginning the work. Lewis was professional, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. The maintenance work was completed as described, and in a timely manner. This is the third time we’ve used a ARS Conroe And will continue to use them for our AC and HVAC services, repairs. Highly recommended!

Allan did an excellent job of diagnosing the problems in my AC system. He explained several different options of what we could do and help me process the payment option that I wanted. I’m very pleased with the solution he provided and we’re doing it tomorrow. Well done.

Mr. Justin Hines was the technician that came to our home for a diagnostic check on our AC system. He was thorough and explained in detail what he was doing and the reason he was taking a particular course of action. He went above and beyond what we expected and we are pleased with the results.

Just got a quote. Didn't receive any service but in the future I would definitely go with ARS/RESCUE ROOTER. Justin Hines was great, very professional with extremely understanding information. I would describe the price quoted very reasonable. Enjoyed talking with him.

Sheldon Francis did a wonderful job on the tune up of my AC unit. He had a pleasant personality and explained everything in great detail. I didn’t feel pressured, or as if I was being scammed. He made me comfortable with choosing ARS in the future.

Todays service was for regular maintenance or preventive maintenance. ARS has kept up the maintenance on all 3 units and are very efficient . Francisco A. was very insightful, informative and knowledgeable in his job. Thank you so much for sending this young man to service my AC units. He was very delightful.

August in Texas is not the time to have your AC go out.! A technician was here within a couple of hours from when we called in on a Friday afternoon. Mike was friendly, professional and had my air blowing cold again in no time at all.

Tyler and Carlos were great, they went above and beyond showing us how the thermostat worked, how to change the filters, and telling us how to maintain the system, they cleaned after themselves it was a great experience.

We are very impressed by ARS! We were able to get a same-day appointment and our tech, Joshua Bass was great and on time! He wasn’t pushy at all, but was genuinely informed and was able to thoroughly explain services that were needed. I also love that the techs wear shoe booties!! We would definitely recommend ARS to anyone looking for HVAC repair or service!

Ahmad Q. Was very patient, performed a thorough assessment. Of my Hvac unit, showed me photos of my current unit condition and provided me the customer options. I'm thankful such a kind and caring technician came to my home! Tyler and his crew man... awesome job in the 100+ temp outside and you guys were in an attic for 5+hrs. Francisco was great today in fixing a clogged drain line and that is why we had an issue with the unit not communicating and it wasn't cooling correctly. He was very efficient and helpful in repairing the drain line. This was the second time he's been out to help us and would definitely use him again. Thank you so much!

Technician was awesome. Explained everything. System check good, but had a small pin leak outside the main unit. Since ARS only offers 1 year parts and labor warranty after installing evaporator coil which comes with a 10 year warranty. ARS told me it would cost 1800.00 dollars to repair a pin hole leak. The manager at the North Houston location was rude and thought it was funny when I asked him why so much. He was over talking me when I asked for explanation. So I found another a/c company to do it for 150.00.. be careful with this company. Make sure you get a parts and labor warranty at least 5 years .
