Do Not Sell or Share Request

Under the law, California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Virginia consumers have the right to opt out of the selling or sharing of their Personal Information. 

If you are a California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah or Virginia consumer, you may submit a do not sell/share request by completing the form below or calling us at 888-389-5567. We will process your request as soon as possible but please allow up to 15 days for this to occur.  

If you are an authorized agent submitting a request for another California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah or Virginia consumer, you must provide a written authorization from the Consumer (along with proof of your identity) or a copy of a lawful power or attorney. We may contact you or the Consumer on whose behalf you claim to act to verify your authorization.
