Justin Hines checked HVAC system. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and made sure the system was working well. Justin also installed air purifier on subsequent visit. He represents ARS well & will request him for future service calls.

We had a tankless gas water heater installed by ARS back in December of 2024. We requested them to come back and help us with finishing the set up with the app and they came out at no charge.

They did a great job. There was a problem with the breaker and they sent electrician out next day to fix it. No extra charge.

Called late morning and was able to have someone out within an hour or so (non-emergency). The technician was friendly and helpful and answered our questions. The repair was completed quickly and cleanly. He gave us information for a permanent solution but did not give us the hard sell which we appreciate. A very enjoyable experience all around.

This company is new to me.My water heater went out, I called them and they responded quickly. The repair men were very polite and finished their job in a timely manner. I would definitely call them again.

We have used ARS Rescue Rooter for quite some time for our HVAC system. This week we had issues with our hot water heaters. We decided to also have a water softener added to the job. Tyler and his team of installers are fantastic. Tyler got us a great price and set up a time for install almost the next day. The installers are wonderful guys. They were with us all day. You could tell the service they gave us was important to them. They checked and double checked to be sure the system was working well. We loved the positive relationship the two installers had with each other.
Just a great experience all around.
