The thermostat that has everyone talking thermostats
Nest Learning Thermostat adapts to your specific tastes, programming itself to make you more comfortable as time goes on. Within weeks, Nest will know when you like it warmer and colder, as well as updating you on your energy usage to make sure surprise energy bills are a thing of the past. Nest Learning Thermostat works not only to keep you comfortable, but also save you money by shutting off when you leave the house. Nest also saves you money by showing the Nest Leaf icon when you set your temperature at an energy-saving level, and giving you a detailed energy history to show you how you can save more. Nest Learning Thermostat is so efficient, it usually pays for itself in less than two years. Read the user manual.
Nest Thermostat E
E is for Everyone. Designed with a frosted display and intuitive interface, Nest Thermostat E blends in with any home and cuts down on your energy bill.
Designed to go unnoticed and save you money
Nest Thermostat E has all the great features that you would expect of a smart thermostat, but is designed to go unnoticed. For those looking for the easy and unobtrusive way to lower their energy costs, Nest Thermostat E has a polycarbonate ring designed to feel like ceramic as well as a frosted display that helps it blend into any room. It has a simplified UI, and the feel of the display carries over to the Nest app as well. Nest Thermostat E learns your preferences and adjusts the temperature of your home to your liking, and this schedule can be altered at any time using the Nest app. A green leaf icon appears on the display to show when you've chosen a temperature setting that can save you on your energy costs. It even sends your phone remote alerts when your HVAC system needs attention.
The right temperature, right where you want it.
Sometimes thermostats can only tell what the temperature may be around the thermostat. This is because most residential HVAC units only have two modes: on and off, with no way to distinguish between rooms. This can result your bedroom or home office across the house too hot or cold as your HVAC system works to only bring the area near your thermostat to your desired temperature.
After installing your Nest Learning Thermostat or Nest Thermostat E, you can choose to customize how to heat and cool your home wih the optional Nest Temperature Sensor. This sensor can be placed in the rooms you know are important, like in bedrooms or family gathering rooms, and the Nest Temperature Sensor will communicate with your Nest Thermostat, letting you prioritize how you heat and cool your home. If you know, for instance, that your rarely-visited sunroom can get too warm in the summer but that cooling it to 72 degrees will make your bedroom across the house too cold, a single Nest Thermostat Sensor in your bedroom will help your Nest Thermostat know when to shut off the AC.
The Nest Temperature Sensor can be used alone or in conjunction with other Nest Temperature Sensors, and you can choose which rooms to prioritize and when.
