Great customer service, very polite service rep, knowlegable and friendly!

May 2, 2025 (1 star): AC stopped blowing cold air right after the installers left. There goes $16,000. Guess I better call them to come back and repair my "brand new" AC...
May 23, 2025 (4 stars): Originally I had this place as a 1 star from DAY 1! The moment the "technicians" left after the installation, my AC stopped blowing cold air. I then called to report the malfunction. When the second technician came out (Richard), I already knew that I got a good technician, came prepared and knew what my problem was before he even started. I explained my situation and he stated that the communication wire at the compressor is improperly connected. He said that he just came from another job with the exact problem and ended up being the same solution. Once he corrected the wiring, the system blew cold air again! AND, to go above and beyond, he had a mild issue with accessing the wiring at the compressor because the previous installers didn't leave enough wiring to be able to open the panel freely. Richard went and ran new longer wiring to make it easier for him and the next guy to service the unit! I wish I could rate Richard alone, as he deserves 5 stars.

Great service. AC conked out on hot day. Tech was there same day, within 90 minutes of my call. Diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Nice and cool now!

The service technician that came to my home was to say the lease extremely professional, and was willing to engage me in whatever questions I had. He provided a thorough explanation in a matter, which I could understand . Lots of kudos to the company for hiring someone of this caliber.

Regular Maintenance: I did the HVAC and AC with Greenstar. It?s been amazing. I did my maintenance work today and it was a great customer service experience. Anthony was very respectful and professional. He is very thorough and would explain and advise on how to maximize efficiency of the system. He is knowledgeable and he went above and beyond what is expected of him. I have been recommending Greenstar to my family and friends. They don?t disappointment. Awesome company, very great and very efficient people.

I found GreenStar through a friend who had their rental properties HVAC replaced last year. I was pretty stressed out about the costs associated with repairing my home’s old system. After calling a few companies and getting ridiculous quotes, I gave GreenStar a call. I was able to set up an appointment the SAME DAY! One of their reps came out and listened to all of our concerns. The rep was super knowledgeable and understanding. I believe their name was Zack. We had a tech named Jose come out the next week and installed the new system. It’s been 3 months with zero issues. Our Reem system is great and we’re saving a lot on our electric bills already! Thank you GreenStar for the incredible service! I’ll be referring them to my friends and family as well.
