Quoted price was higher than alternate service providers. Value for on-time reliable installation is excellent. Safe, clean, installation by experienced technician and assistant. New furnace functions as promised - thank you. We will see how post-installation inspection and follow-through on required permits are handled by Greenstar and permitting agency - fingers crossed ; ) ... updating this review - the installed furnace passed rigorous inspection today - the California state inspector commended Greenstar for a top notch installation, rare and well-deserved high praise. Jesus E. came out for maintenance today and did a great job communicating and laying everything out. He was very professional. There were some hiccups from the office communicating his ETA and giving me inaccurate information for planning for his arrival. So much so that I thought I was going to get stood up with a no show again. Happened in the past and no one from the company ever acknowledged or addressed it. In any case once Jesus showed up today, all went well. Thanks, Jesus!

We had a seasonal heating system maintenance visit yesterday and Hugo, the technician, was great! Got a detailed report on how our ancient heater is doing and make sure it was connected and flowing the way it should. Since we haven't used the heater since April it was time. Scheduling and in person we received great and quick customer service. First time using Greenstar/Rightime, will definitely schedule them in the future!

Richard Hauser was sent after we bought a new Air Conditioner and furnace. Mr. Hauser came because we had repairs needed after the installation. Mr. Hauser was very friendly and explained everything to me. Then he got to work, and his repair was fast, clean, and professional. We are very happy with the installation after Richard Haser fixed everything.

I had a new air conditioner and furnace installed but damage needed to be done. Mr. Robert Hauser was sent to inspect the damage and then he came back and repaired everything. Mr. Hauser was so nice and explained everything then he repaired everything so that it looked like new. He was very fast and professional but the most important thing is how wonderful his work was. I would highly recommend him and his company.

Hugo was extremely professional, respectful, and helpful. Quickly performed the bi-annual maintenance and installed new scrubbers for both systems. A pleasure to have him come out to our home.

The customer service was exemplary, as they called to speak with me and inform me the technician would be at my home in the agreed to window, and then again to let me know the technician was 30 minutes away. I appreciate that they had someone call. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained things in a very easy to follow manner.

Richard Hauser came to my house on 12/5/25 he was very professional and knowledgeable he repaired my furnace and air conditioner in no time at all. He asked me a few questions and knew exactly what to do. I am highly satisfied with the job Mr. Hauser did at my house.
