While my dad is in the hospital in ICU his water heater went out. So I had to go to Lowes for a new water heater and found that they install them too. I called them and they had someone out to the house in a little over an hour. The tech's, Jesse & Miles, were very professional and pleasant. Miles explained all the options I had and we agreed on one that worked best for my dad. Jesse had the old one out and the new one working with in 3 hours. They brought everything up to code, disposed of the old heater and even cleaned up the garage floor. I am very happy with there work and will use them for any future HVAC or Plumbing issues.

Technician performed a high quality job. Cleanup after the job was exceptional. I think I should have been informed about what to expect with the permit process before the rough-in work was completed and I did not know how long it would be before the crew came back and finished the work. I did not get multiple quotes, but I think the price for the work was pretty high. But they were able to start immediately and did a quality job.

Miles Barkhuff is one of the best plumbing services Technician I’ve seen please promote him as Godly humanly possible so that he may lead and resolve others as he very professionally resolved , leading me ,let him lead others at yes so that yes with Miles Barkhuff can resolve other homeowners plumbing issues saving money $$$$$$$ I’m sending yes! Free love and peace 24724EVER2INFINITY-:)-:) because that doesn’t cost the Universe a penny we the people only have to bring our body heat to the site and or go through the doors wherever that may be or wherever it is thanks again Yes! Mike and Nick came over today to replace a water heater and they did a fantastic job. Plus the cost was 50% less than Carl's plumbing who came over yesterday provide a quote. I will definitely be going with Yes! for all of my plumbing needs moving forward.

The guy was nice. But I scheduled a tune up, and that was not what I got. I got an inspection only. He said there was rust I thought he would use a rust brush and clear that up. So no not a deal.

After 5 years of use, my garbage disposal developed a leak that could not be repaired, so I needed a new disposal installed. YES responded quickly to my request for service. I was slightly confused as I had called a number associated with a local plumbing service so I wasn’t sure how YES was the responding company. I was happy that this replacement was completed within 5 hours of my call. I didn’t consider this an emergency service but even with a 10% discount I felt I was overcharged. The price for the new disposal at a big box home hardware store based on internet searches was about $150. But paid about 3 times this amount for the labor performed. The YES personnel I interacted with were professional in appearance and easy to work with.

They came in and fixed the problem I was having, and they also checked other related future concerns I would have in the near future. I'm glad they checked and repaired the future breaks I would've had.
