Isn’t that how it’s supposed to happen.
Our 25+ yr. boiler didn’t want to go to work on one of the coldest days of the year….. 19° to be exact.
Air Experts came within 1 hour, accessed the situation, proposed options, came and installed a new boiler and hot water heater, all in about a day and a half. Very professional sales, technician and installers.
All in all. Very happy
Waiting on the bill.

I had a great experience with your company and the staffs was excellent and polite and helpful and answered any and all concerns I had and gave me great advice on what I needed to to do next to keep my system running smoothly. I was approached while shopping in Lowe's about signing up for their home inspections of furnaces, boilers, air conditioner handlers and condensers thankfully we signed up for the program cause Mr. Jones discovered that there was a crack in our furnace and it was leaking carbon monoxide, the air conditioner handler was growing mold and the condenser was still using Freon.
A phone call was made to the office where another representative Paul was dispatched to give me an estimate for a replacement of these units however I chose to get additional estimates and went with a different company for the install but I was satisfied with the service and interactions with all of the employees that I interacted with they all were professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and respectful I'm glad I had the inspection done.

Had a combi boiler/tankless install. Install crew went over and above to find a problem with the pump to our radiators and fixed it without delay. Would recommend.

Darian visited our home today. First off he called with a time he would arrived and showed up on time. Secondly he was pleasant and courteous, and lastly he described the condition of our unit , step by step, offered advice and tips for future maintenance. The visit was beneficial and informative. November 25 2025. Technician Joseph T. was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. My Electric Handler service maintenance went smoothly. Joseph replaced my filter and batteries in thermostat. The capacitor had to be replaced due to aging (handler is approximately 21 years old) and explained what he did with complete transparency. I would totally recommend Air Experts.

Air Experts came at the time they stated. Bob performed the maintenance to my Air Conditioner and Air flow. Did what he had to and with no rush. Asked me if I had any other questions and was glad to answer them. We are ready to roll when the heat gets in! Thank You.
