Air Experts did an excellent job replacing my old Air Handler ( 45 Year Old YORK Air Handler) and my 23 Year Old Trane Condenser. George did a great job finding us 84 months zero financing with Lowes and was very professional. The installers were very professional and removed the old units, as well as cleaned up the area where the new units were being installed. There was an issue with the new Honeywell thermostat, BUT it was resolved professionally and promptly. We would do business with Air Experts again !

United failed inspection because it was draining in the crawl space. Todd came out, at no cost to me, and rerouted the pipes to drain outside and away from the home. Todd was very good and his job and super professional. Thank you air experts!!!

I had my furnace checked today, and once again, Anthony was the technician. He’s such a pleasant young man — always has a smile on his face and takes the time to do a thorough job. I’ve had him before and I’m always impressed by how knowledgeable and professional he is. He explains everything clearly and gives great advice on keeping my equipment in good shape.

Air Experts has redemmed itself with Technician Jake Gilligan. He came to do a fall tuneup and I told him my poor experience I had this past summer. He went over and above to help resolve the problem and to his credit, we will continue using Air Experts and ask for him to come back in the spring. I tried to get the name of his boss to write a recommendation that he should get a raise based on his knowledge and professionalism, And additionally, he was personable and cared enough to listen and advise. However, he said to just fill out the survey. I'd still like to write that letter but to whom????

My recent experience with Eric was excellent! He was thorough, professional and worked quickly. Nice man! He cleaned my AC filters and made a thorough assessment of its overall functioning, inside and out.
