Outstanding professionals! From the evaluator giving me my estimate to the crew doing my system installation.They had my system replaced the same day, tested it for both successful heating and cooling, and walked me through using the new system. This is a company I can whole-heartedly recommend for your HVAC needs.

Had no heat for a couple of weeks and had a checkup by someone from AirExperts. They said I needed my Furnace replaced and got a second opinion and they said the same thing. Got quotes from a couple of places and although AirExperts was in the same ballpark, I was convinced by the project manager Colin to go with them. I was skeptical at first, but Colin assured me that everything was legit and even lended me a space heater for my house for the night before the Furnace got replace. He came through on his word and the job was done in one day. Very Trustworthy Company and service. This job was done in December and I've had no problems with my Heat since they installed the new furnace.

George from Air Experts came out for a heating system tune-up and did a really solid job. He was thorough, took the time to inspect the system with a camera, and explained what he was seeing in a way that was easy to understand.
He let me know the unit is getting up there in age, which I appreciated. It felt more like honest advice than a sales pitch.
Overall, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. I’d definitely recommend George and Air Experts for anyone who wants a straightforward, no-pressure service call.

Pros: Answered our request for service quickly. Professional, friendly service.
Work was completed in one day (crew did a great job)
New unit, with updated features, works great.
Cons: sales consultant did not have updated pricing.
He did not have business cards.
Took 4 days for crew to come out and install new furnace. (Old furnace sprung a leak on the coldest day of the year).
Forgot to give us detailed invoice.

Michael replaced my hot water heater, great price and excellent service. Due to snow he had to return a number of times since he was
unable to enter my home until it was cleared . Air experts has every good employees. They sent Michael and another employee to do the work so is was done in a good time.
