Lukas was awesome and did a great job with HVAC inspection and recommendations. He provided pictures of the problems that needed fixing and came up with a reasonably priced plan to address the issues.

Furnace was old and had safety issues, sale rep David R. was professional, very courteous and addressed my concerns. He made the process very easy. The installers Nate & Andre did great job overall! They arrived on time, did the furnace installation, answered my questions about the furnace and thermostat and left the work area in my home clean
I had a positive experience overall with Aksarben.

The Tec was even earlier then told which was great because it was cold in my house. The young man told me step by step what he was doing. He took pictures of the problem to show my son why it was not working. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them to everyone and it cost less than I thought it would be. Great job.

I was very impressed with service from Aksarben ARS! Jesus Salas, the technician was wonderful! He was very thorough and took his time to make sure he did the job right! He said he wouldn’t be able to sleep at night unless he got my draining problem fixed right! He also took the time to give me some advice about how to prevent problems in the future. I will definitely call them in the future! Thank you, Jesus!

Tobias C. came out on 10/28/2025 to help with an extremely clogged toilet that I was unable to take care myself. He was very honest and transparent about cost and potential concerns. After asking if any of the website coupons would work he was willing to do a 5% discount. I’m very happy and impressed with ARS, and Tobias’s service.

Right before a vacation I discovered that our heater was not working. Michael Patomson came over that same day and did a thorough inspection and analysis of the multiple issues with our 25-year-old system. He was even able to understand what was going on with an old control panel that was using 1970s technology! I really appreciated his expertise and ability to explain things clearly to me. In a nutshell, our unit was effectively beyond repair. Amazingly, Aksarben was able to get a customer care representative out the same day. Ideally we would have had more time to get multiple quotes, but we appreciated Aksarben’s ability to turn things around quickly and get our new system ordered and installed by the very next day.

Our furnace quit heating so we called Aksarben ARS. They were able to schedule service on same day as my call. Michael the tech was experienced and friendly. This is the second situation where I highly recommend Aksarben ARS!

Our heater was giving us an error message. Aksarben sent someone out the same day. Our tech, Tyler, was very friendly, very knowledgeable and solved our problem super quickly.

Luis did a great job! Right on time. Explained everything and got my ok before starting any work. Very efficient. He was in and out in no time. Love how the office keeps me informed about arrival times and reminders about service dates and time. Love Aksarben - I haven't been disappointed yet!
