called for service on Saturday as my Furnace would not turn on. Service rep arrived that day within 2 or so hours. He found that the system had been turned off by the last rep at my home. He did not charge me for the service and offered to complete my yearly furnace maintenance. In completing the maintenance, he noted issues with the bearings for the two motors in my furnace. The system was installed in 2014. So, now, rather than have my system shut down and be an emergency repair or install. I can reach out and proactively get a new furnace. Michael was professional, efficient, and kind as we discussed the issues with my current furnace and options.

My furnace is broken. Bite me. But I had a surprisingly fun experience talking about the problems with my repair man, José. He gave me some new advice about filters etc. I am glad to have met him.

I had a Water Heater installed as well as a shut off valve to my water service that was leaking. I also had a water pressure reducer that was leaking and not working. The reducer had also been installed incorrectly by the builder. It now meets city code. They also replaced an out door faucet for me.
The plumbers were very easy to work with, and did a great job.

Our main sewer line backed up and I found an online special with Aksarben to unclog it. I called at night and had someone here the next morning. I expected a bunch of up charges since it was a special, but was pleasantly surprised that they only charged me for the clearing the sewer main. Jesus was wonderful and very professional! I would hope to get him again if we ever need service is the future. Great experience!

Had water backing up in basement. They descaled 15 feet of pipe from kitchen line. Super fast service, fair price and super nice workers. Would do business again.

We have a newborn and when our AC unit went out during the hottest month they made every effort to come inspect and ultimately replace the unit as quickly as possible. The technicians were very professional and clean with their work. This would've been a five star review but I noticed our furnace wasn't kicking on this month with the cold weather. Called them up and they dispatched someone the next day. Very clean and professional as well. I gave him a brief description of the original work done and he immediately found that the furnace was not hooked back up to the new thermostat. Took him less than 5 minutes to be done and on his way. Overall very satisfied with service except for missing hooking the furnace back up. I used to work in the service industry so I get all the little things that could be missed. Would definitely still recommend them!

I just don't know what to say I am in shock and awe with the kindness and respect I was shown. When Chandler came in he didn't try to upsell anything to me he was quite upfront and honest and that's refreshing to see from a salesman who's just trying to help I am grateful that my boss put me in touch with you guys and she's been with you guys for quite a long time and very pleased with you. I give you 10 stars on every level and I'm getting my unit replaced on Friday and I just don't know what to say. I was treated like a piece of dirt by the other company who said they couldn't come out till June 3rd not knowing that my unit was already frozen over I didn't know this so kudos to you AkSarben ARS. You are the bomb then again I give you 10 stars. Fast forward today is October 20th and my appointment was October 18th and had a gentleman by the name of Gabriel De Santiago come over and take care of my heater and he did a fantastic job very professional and I look forward to having him back over again when I do my next 6 month checkup

Always leave me with a detailed list of what they did for my service maintenance.
The service rep who came in the middle of a snowstorm was awesome! He figured out the problem, fixed it & even went outside to remove a snowdrift that was blocking the exhaust pipe.
