My technician Orlando made this visit a very welcoming one. I’m so elated that Orlando came to service my furnace. His customer service was Excellent. He has a lot of patience because, I had quite a few questions to ask him in reference to my furnace. He was very knowledgeable and explained the issue that I was having where I could understand. If I were to have any more issues I would be sure to ask for Orlando to come out. Customer service is everything to me. Allgood you definitely have a great employee.
