My technician Orlando made this visit a very welcoming one. I’m so elated that Orlando came to service my furnace. His customer service was Excellent. He has a lot of patience because, I had quite a few questions to ask him in reference to my furnace. He was very knowledgeable and explained the issue that I was having where I could understand. If I were to have any more issues I would be sure to ask for Orlando to come out. Customer service is everything to me. Allgood you definitely have a great employee. Orlando represented your company and himself very well. Happy Holidays

Pedro and Alex were AMAZING!! They walked me through everything to keep everything working smoothly moving forward. Alex also showed me the steps to change the filter on the new furnace and gave me the 3 month time to change it out. Very thorough and nice gentlemen!!

Our water heater decided to quit on us early Friday morning, but Lowe’s had our backs. We were able to get in touch with an installer right away, and within hours Chase arrived at our home. He was incredibly professional, thorough, and clear in his communication. He spoke with both my husband and me separately without anything ever feeling confusing or repetitive. After a full inspection, he confirmed what we suspected — the old unit (a very tired, out-of-code 14-year-old tank) needed a full replacement.
They scheduled us for the very next morning, and sure enough, Seth arrived bright and early. He was just as professional, kind, and efficient. We were genuinely impressed that the entire replacement was completed within 24 hours of the initial call. The new water heater looks great, works perfectly, and we were without hot water for less than a day — a miracle in a busy household!
Being able to put the balance on our Lowe’s credit card with 0% interest for 24 months was a huge relief, especially with the holidays coming up and our second baby in two years arriving in just a month.

I will no longer call any other company but All Good Home Services!! Jim was amazing!!! OMG I have had 3 other HVAC companies out here who have ripped me off. Jim gave me great info on how to keep my system running at optimal performance and preventive measures too. He is the best tech I have ever had at my home and I have referred all my friends neighbors and families to All Good Home services. I will always call them for all my hvac and plumbing needs. I even signed up for the monthly maintenance plan which is the best plan out there by far! Thank you thank you thank you Jim. Great job!!!

Allgood came out on a Sunday and gave a quote and replaced hot water heater same day for my 81 year old mom to ensure she was not without hot water. We were pleased with work and they took time to answer all of our questions. We would use this company again.

My experience with Allgood ARS was 'all good'! We had our hot water heater replaced. The hookup with Allgood was via Lowe's. They communicated well, arrived on time, gave us a reasonable estimate, did the work fast and very professionally. Our installer, Seth, was fantastic. He got right to work and knocked out the job. At the end, be explained everything very well, showed his work, and carted off our old unit. So far, very happy.
