At ARS/Rescue Rooter, Labor Day is our favorite holiday because it gives us another reason to celebrate the dedicated and talented professionals who make up our team. Our skilled plumbing and HVAC technicians brave rough conditions at all hours to keep our homes safe and comfortable, and they deserve our thanks. Nobody says “Thank You” better than our customers — who experience the kindness, expertise and commitment of our employees in person. Today was the day I had a replacement of my furnace and AC unit. I received a pre-arrival call and he provided an estimated time of arrival. Gerardo T. and another technician arrived promptly, on time this morning. Mr. Thomas walked me through the services ARS would perform. He and the other gentleman were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I asked a few questions throughout the process and they welcomed the questions. My home was cleaned and returned to its original state, minus the old unit. Once completed, Mr. Thomas walked me back through all areas, explained how to maintain each unit, provided the manuals and provided me warranty information. I am pleased with the service and I appreciate the thoroughness provided by Mr. Thomas and the other gentleman, through the entire process. Thank you for sending very professional, hardworking employees. Awesome Job!

I never respond to reviews, but my service was SO great that I am writing one for my technician. Zach B., who is outstanding. My house was 86 degrees when he arrived with a smile on his face. He diagnosed and repaired my bad connector and blown fuse in 30 minutes. I have cold air!! Thank you Zach B. I am telling everyone I know to use Zach at ARS!!

We have an older house and I waited a tad too long to do the kitchen line clean out maintenance~ Oops! So during the drain cycle, our washer standpipe backed up and began over flowing like Mount Vesuvius! I called ARS immediately and Mr. Joel was here within the hour. He first checked out my washer connection to make sure there wasn't any problems on that end. Then he cleaned out the kitchen line and I was back to doing the laundry! (Oh, Yay!) Mr. Joel was very thorough and professional. I really appreciated the care in the work he did and his friendly attitude. I always recommend ARS to my friends and clients! Excellent company!
