Kevin did a through inspection documenting each step and completed with pictures and his assessment. It was NOT good news as we have 2 complete units to consider. But... It's always better to know what's coming beforehand than have it catch us by surprise. A sales person is now on the way with a quote then we'll know how we stand.

Shawn and Justin did a grreat job of installing my new HVAC unit. They successfully reprogramed my Nest thermostat to remotely contol the unit. Great job overall!
