Kevin did a through inspection documenting each step and completed with pictures and his assessment. It was NOT good news as we have 2 complete units to consider. But... It's always better to know what's coming beforehand than have it catch us by surprise. A sales person is now on the way with a quote then we'll know how we stand.

Shawn and Justin did a grreat job of installing my new HVAC unit. They successfully reprogramed my Nest thermostat to remotely contol the unit.

Big shout out to Maddox Pridemore at ARS. He showed up right on time with a smile a firm handshake and was very respectful to me and of my house. As a Navy Vet and fellow HVAC tech, I probably asked way more questions than the average customer just to test his knowledge, but he was right on top of it. Great service and a very sharp guy. Thanks for the help! Keep doing good things.

Had an emergency on main line to the sewer. They were able to get some one out to take a look at problem within a couple hours of my call, clear the clog and diagnose problem with root penetration. They are working on estimate for repair and said they would be able to get a crew out same day if not the next. Can't ask for better service than that! Awesome.

ARS/Rescue Rooter is a great company. The techs who've serviced our unit all have been very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. The only issue that I've experienced each time is regarding the 4 hr window that is given. Whenever I select a window, my expectation is always that the techs arrival will be within the 4 hr time frame. The techs do show up and it's after the end of the 4hr time frame. If there is a way that ARS/Rescue Rooter can alleviate this, it would be great!

My ducts were old and in bad shape. The techs arrived on time and did an outstanding job. I even feel air flow in one room where I previously didn't feel any :). Great job!!

I would highly recommend ARS. We have used them several times and will continue using them. They have always got a technician right out when we have called and we have been very happy with their work.

Reserviced water heater due to not passing inspection. Currently have two leaks in the piping leaking in the attic.
Update to post: Service technician returned today and retified the problem to my satisfaction. Kudos to ARS in correcting the problem in a timely manner.
