The install team showed up on time and got right to work, shoe covers were worn when working in the house. The old units were taken off site and the new units are beautiful. The thermostats were programed and personnel settings were explained and shown. The companies unconditional 1 year satisfaction warranty is a exceptional benefit. I would recommend them to friends and family!

Tommy is young but very professional and very detailed with the problem. Tommy has a humble spirit and talks to you. Recommendation about different products that he may have with his truck.

Called Thanksgiving night for clogged main drain. They schedule service for next day between 8 am and noon. Kept me informed on their arrival time and came a 11 am. Used camera and unclogged the drain. Truly a professional plumber. I will contact them for all future plumbing repairs. Great service!

The hot water heater, purchased in October 2022 from ARS, unexpectedly stopped heating. Since the problem was not covered under warranty, Lawrence stepped in and successfully repaired the unit, restoring it to working condition.

Although the price for the repair was in my opinion high, I can say our technician Raul was very knowledgeable and kind. As well as the dispatch ladies. We initially had a weekend service which I understand is gonna cost more, but giving a shout out to professional and very nice staff. Thanks ARS

ARS arrived within the scheduled window and Austin Schwary, the technician, completed the repair in a professional and courteous manner.

The technician came introduced himself and got to inspecting the unit upstairs where ge found rust on the coils. Then he reported his findings to me. Then he inspected the unit outside without any systemic issues. He wrote up what he found for my references. Was paid and he left. He was efficient, professional and efficient. Great job.

What a very nice young man that came out and did my maintenance today. He walked me through everything. He took care of an issue that might have been an issue later in the winter. I felt extremely comfortable with him. He was extremely personable. I felt he was very honest and upfront. He answered any question I had.

Mitch (I think that was his name) was wonderful. So nice and he put in my filter because I can get to it. Plus he changed my setting to stop all the temperature changes. My bill last month was $500.00 for the very first time in 23 years. I think he fixed it

Great company with great customer service. My brand new furnace went out after 4 days of use. They were able to schedule me an appointment same day at a convient time. Turns out the unit was installed incorrectly but the tech got my heat up and running that afternoon.
