From the beginning ARS was quick to respond and very professional. From the call team to the actual servicer that responded. Victor from ARS was so helpful, attentive and professional. I originally used another service and got nothing but a run around and bad information. Once Victor arrived on scene he took care of the clogged drains AND cleaned up the issues from the first company. I would call ARS for any future needs. Thank you Victor and ARS

Victor Plasencio arrived today, same day service by the way. Water was pooling at the corner of the property. The city said it had to be from my house. After Victor checked everything under and around the house it was determined not to be from my house but from an area the HOA is responsible for. ARS is the best company i have ever delt with when it comes to customer service, technicians, speed of service, and price. It is a great comfort to be able to trust a company and not get any inflated charges. I will always use them for any HVAC, Plumbing needs.

Kevin came to my home to perform a preventative service on my furnace and did a fantastic job! It was fantastic because he took the time to show me the issues he found and clearly explained why they are important to address. I highly recommend ARS and Kevin for furnace maintenance.

So pleased with the services of ARS Rescue Rooter - their customer service was great and they were able to dispatch a technician the same day. They sent Victor Plasencio, who was incredibly helpful, kind and knowledgeable. He took care of the plumbing/sewer issue and made arrangements for a camera technician to come out to further investigate the situation. I would definitely recommend to my friends. Thank you 🙏 🤩

Randy Beck was the sales rep that I met at Lowe’s he came to my house explained my new system to me. I was very impressed with his patience and ability to make sure I understood everything that was going to take place. The service technicians that came to install my new equipment were very courteous and highly knowledgeable about installing my equipment. I was very happy with the whole process. I would highly recommend ARS. Thanks again Randy and crew.

ARS RESCUE ROOTER sent Markus Apedjinou for an AC checkup. This young man did a very thorough job and was a very pleasant worker to have in my home. Would recommend asking for him for your AC needs.

Happy we chose ARS/Rescue Rooter for our HVAC/water heater replacement. Keenan, Sal, Mason and the rest of the team were all great. They were all knowledgeable, friendly, and professional during our decidedly atypical installation. Thanks everyone!
