Marcus was fantastic! The job took all night due to some mechanical issues but he was professional and honest timely and courteous. His professionalism reflected greatly on your company and he should be commended. I also appreciated the second tech that came to help him out late on a Saturday night. Give those fellas a raise! These guys are pros! Ben, Leo and Chris did a top notch installation of our new Heat Pump, Furnace and Smart Thermostat. I highly recommend ARS /Rescue Rooter for their excellence. Nice clean job guys, thanks! They installed a Rheem Classic+ A2L ~ 3.0 ton Up to 18 SEER2 96% 85K BYU Fuel Split Sys-Var Cond & 2-Stg Frn & Va Blwr. Up and running in 8 hours. Saw this company at the home show last week. Thought I would give them a try. Company was quick to respond and set an appointment for a tune up. Kevin showed up on time. He checked both furnaces and gave me a rundown and what maintenance needs to be done sooner rather than later. Kevin was knowledgeable and detailed everything out for me. Will follow up with them in the coming months so I can budget for the maintenance.

The team at ARS Rescue Rooter did a great job at communicating with me in regards to scheduling prior to sending Plumbing Service Technician Lance McCartney to my residence to handle my drainage problem he was punctual, polite, extremely professional and knowledgeable I would recommend this team to anyone in need.

I had the pleasure of having Davin B. perform a 21 point inspection of our furnace (first time in four years). He was courteous, professional, and knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend ARS / Rescue Rooter and will probably be reaching out again for a hot water heater issue. - Following up - Carson W. came out to fix our hot water heater issues and he was as courteous and knowledgeable as Davin. We appreciate the service ARS has provided in our home.

ARS solved an unusual problem that turned out to be a manufacturer issue. Their tech, Brian, was able ti diagnose and find the problem and resolve it. I am impressed and so grateful for ARS and Brian!

Markus is an excellent technician and person. During a routine inspection of our furnace he found a part beginning to fail. He replaced it and the furnace continues to operate properly. I’m happy to have missed a break down due to Markus’s expertise.

Pierre was very professional, helpful and informative at our recent maintenance visit. He answered all of our questions and gave us tips on how to keep our system running smoothly and safely.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the service we got from ARS Rescue Rooter out of Aurora CO.
We had an 18 year old HVAC that had several issues, in addition to starting to leak a little CO.
Gabe and Adam showed up on time to do the installation of the new furnace, A/C, humidifier, thermostat, and smoke/CO detectors. A manager and electrician also came out.
They did a fantastic job. They used shoe covers and drop cloths to walk on, left no trash behind, were conscientious, courteous, and maintained an congenial attitude towards us and each other throughout the entire all-day project; one that was a heck of a lot of work. They dealt with each unanticipated issue to make sure everything worked as it should and was done properly and up to code.
Dan helped us coordinate the project and was a pleasure to meet and to do business with. He made sure the service provided matched the values and high customer service standards of the company.
We had also previously met with some of the other techs/reps from the company including Sal, Nate, and Jensen, and all were on time, knowledgeable, and took time to answer all our questions as we decided what to do about our old system.
Thank you, ARS for the great work. It’s very much appreciated.

Isaac was excellent! He was very educational on all aspects of his installments. His arrival was timely and his greeting was very professional. As a widow I felt very secure knowing that your company does back ground checks. Plus he encouraged me to reach out if I had any further questions.
