It was Xmas time, company on the way. Oh no ! No heat ! who to call ? What to do ? I called ARS and Randy Burt was at my home the next day. Randy was great at explaining what the issue was and how to fix it. He taught me about SEER ratings, Dominion Energy rebates and AHRI ratings. Randy answered all questions, offered to come on the weekend to explain to hubby, and provided support after the install. Randy should be a manager. What great service !!!!
