We recently purchased a natural gas water heater from Lowe's and ARS is contracted with them to remove the old unit and install the new one. After doing my research, the quote they provided was reasonable for the labor considering that our unit is on the 2nd floor. They were able to squeeze us in the same day that it was delivered by Lowe's so we really appreciated them taking care of us before the weekend. The technician did a great job and explained how to operate the unit before he left. I would highly recommend ARS to anyone for this kind of work. Thanks again!

The only thing is nobody at any professional business shows up at the time they are supposed to. They were 2 hours early so I had to leave to pick up my son. The guy was very polite though and the service was great.

We had an excellent experience with Tyler Thomas from ARS Rescue Rooter, and I honestly can’t recommend him enough.
Our HVAC unit was 21 years old and decided to fail during cold weather, which is about the worst timing possible. Tyler went above and beyond from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain our options, helped us find the right new HVAC system, and worked hard to make sure we had a solution quickly instead of leaving us stuck in the cold.
What really stood out was how much he advocated for us — he assisted with financing options, stayed on top of the process, and personally followed up multiple times to ensure everything moved smoothly and that our installation happened on time. You could tell he genuinely cared, not just about making a sale, but about getting our family comfortable again as fast as possible.
The install itself was smooth and professional, and Tyler continued to check in even after the job was scheduled to make sure nothing fell through the cracks.
If you’re dealing with an old system, an emergency situation, or just want someone who actually does what they promise, ask for Tyler Thomas. This is the kind of service that’s rare these days, and we’re extremely grateful.

Happy with the service provided by the Bryson who came to our home. Polite, we'll mannered, honest, professional. He took photos of parts, showed photos of gage readings. Explained function and what they meant. Making our decision to do the repair now. Also explained the cost including our warranty. We'll trained and professional.

The green bulb for preventing mold in the attic was out. He quoted over $600 to replace it! He said he has a replacement in his truck, but would not give us the item #. I feel for the elder person or a single mother that could be confronted with this. That's why I want my son here when maintenance people come. What does maintenance consist of? Does he clean coils or what? I do have a maintenance agreement with you. I know that does not cover extra problems. We don't think we even need the bulb anymore.

The technician arrived at the sppointed time and explained what he would do. I appreciate the patience and care provided during my ARS service call. The technician was also personable, took time to explain my unit's issue and made me aware of the options. He completed the call in a timely manner.
