The two gentlemen who came out yesterday were very professional from start to finish. They completed the installation with minimal noise and worked together efficiently while maintaining great communication.
Once everything was finished, one of the technicians took the time to clearly explain everything they had done, including the system, paperwork, and warranties, making sure I fully understood. The other technician made sure everything outside was cleaned up and left in excellent condition.

Great customer service. Both the technician and the office called to advise where I fell on the work order today. They both called when the technician was on his way. Fast, friendly, affordable and very professional. Highly recommend.

The assigned tech, Mr. Wingard, performed expertly in servicing my condenser unit. He identified and corrected the root cause, though more importantly, he recommended future mitigating measures. Excellent service.

After rescheduling about 4 or 5 times they finally made it to my house. Although the tech was very nice not to talkative. He came and straight to business. I was a little skeptical because he did everything in less then an hour. I don't know much about AC but everything they said they were going to check and clean it seemed like it would take more then an hour but he finished very fast. When I asked about the coils on the outside unit if he was going to clean them he mentioned they looked pretty clean and there was good airflow now my question is rather it be pretty clean and good airflow I would think you would still clean it seeing this is a service I am paying for. The real kicker was when he finished I asked him about the air filters and if they need to be changed he said very confidently no they are good, I was a little confused seeing that the upstairs filter was missing the filter I had took it out because I was going to go buy one because they were dirty. So with that being said how was the filters good and checked according to the tech and one whole filter was missing clearly he didn't check them. The price was reasonable but what you get not very good service.
I have to say ARS made up for the last interaction. My AC ended up braking down and when I say profesional and great price I have to give it to them. I was definitely adiment about using them again but I decided to try it out because my kids were not going to go through this heat without a working AC. When they called me they promised a great service and good pricing and by God they did. With a quick quote and schedule they had my AC unit fully replaced with in a couple days and im very happy and satisfied with everything. Great job to David Jacob's and his manager by helping me out and getting the job done THANK YOU.

Tech was here a bit later than window I was given. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Checked and serviced failing HVAC unit. Running well when he finished. Answered my questions. Quite satisfied!

Routine maintenance visit. Also Unit not cooling properly. Replaced capacitor on condenser. Unit cooling now. Airhandler checked out ok. Specialist was competent respectful and informative.

UPDATE: 04/15/26
My service was done and Technician Bryson said I needed an air scrubber.
This is the same air scrubber that Donald, QCM offered me for free in 2025.
The Technician Jaylin hat did my service in December 17. 2025 said I didn't need an air scrubber.
I had my own filter so at least I know that was changed.
UPDATE: 07/15/25
My 10:00 prepaid appointment started early. Qymell completed the service and also installed the filter i provided. In and out in about an hour. Very polite and professional.

My fully paid Annual Contract quarterly appointment was scheduled for 01/16/2025, between 10-2 – which time-frame was missed. I received a phone call about 5 p.m. that technician could make the appointment after then. I explained I would reschedule.
I rescheduled for Saturday 01/18/2025, between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. That time-frame was also missed. I received a phone call that the technician was 30 minutes out at 1 p.m.
When I scheduled the original appointment, I explained to their scheduler that my filter had not yet been changed on my unit, and that a note needed to be on the Work Order so that the technician could have the necessary filter on his truck.
He had no filter. In fact, he was not able to remove the filter from the custom-built filter holder. He showed me a picture of the warped and dirty filter. He shoved it back into the filter holder as he couldn’t get it out.
I asked if he could get the Quality Control Manger to contact me, and I was instructed to call the number on the truck on Monday.
He was very concerned about getting a negative review.
I explained the negative review was not about his work. The negative review is about ARS sending him out in the field without the necessary “tools” to do his job properly – again - different technician, same problem.
So I have a $20,000 unit, which has had the same dirty filter in it, since it took them six months AFTER the installation to come build a custom filter holder. It ran for six months with no filter in it at all.
Then before he left, he gave me a brochure about an Air Scrubber.
If I had clean filters, would I really need an Air Scrubber?

June 6th was my scheduled maintenance. I'm still waiting for ARS to have a filter holder manufactured since the unit was installed without one, and the filter has no means of staying in its appropriate place. It was laying down in the unit.
Perhaps knowing that the system was installed in December 2022 after my HAC (installed by ARS in 2013) was under warranty, but water had seeped into the unit through an oddly manufactured exhaust. So to get a new system was cheaper than the parts (labor covered) to repair my ten year old system.
I had wondered why I was having to change out the air filters on my air purifiers which sit in three rooms, directly in front of the vents.
Now I know.
I have yet to receive any documentation for the unit or the thermostat - and I have been asking for that for months.
