The service tech they sent me was one of the best I have ever seen, he took his time and explained everything. ARS had significant issues with their scheduling, which is why they decided to provide the service free of charge after numerous cancellations, although to be honest, there have been many calls for emergency repairs due to a cold, snap,and they kept having to reschedule us at least five times. When they did finally come, the service was excellent, so good that despite their scheduling problems I would
not hesitate to use them again. I gave them four stars instead of five simply because of the numerous times they rescheduled us with little warning

My Mom is a senior citizen and had an emergency with the HVAC unit going down and no heat. The representative, Tad, showed up the same day and went above and beyond for my Mom. He made sure the service was completed the next which was on a weekend. My Mom was so impressed by Tad and the service techs that came on site to complete the service. I highly recommend them. They are courteous, clean and efficient.

Jamal D. S. came to my home and did a great job trouble shooting my heating problem. He was thorough with the explanations and shared what was needed to fix the problem. Needing a new control board. He was very professional.

Received a text and later a phone call with arrival time of technician. When he arrived he completed the maintenance on the new hvac and was informative with sharing knowledge about the unit.

I was very pleased with the way the process went. I was contacted to be sure the set time was still ok for my service. The gentleman was very respectful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, explained every thing that was being done and why. I would highly recommend and use this company again in the future for my air-conditioning and heating services.
