I had to wait a long time for service, even though I was told I was a priority. The electrician that responded was very professional and seemed like an expert in what he does. Knowing that I would get experts like that for a reasonable cost, I would not hesitate to use your company again.

Heavy rain the night before caused the basement drain to inflow water into the basement in my older home with no sump pump. Called Rescue Rooter (friendly appointment setter) and was given a time frame within 5 hours from the time I called. The tech, Tyler Difilippo, did a fantastic job. He arrived within the quoted time frame, uncapped the drain cover which was over 60 years old, snaked out the main sewer line, replaced the cap with a new one and finished the job in less than an hour and a half. I would absolutely (and already have) recommend Rescue Rooter to others. They had a special going at the time for the main sewer line clearing and the total charge was less than a $100. I also still have a free camera inspection coming. Excellent job.
