Sewer line was backed up. I called and they were able to send someone out within a hour. Daniel was polite and professional. He did a great job! He also arranged for someone to come check the pipes with a camera. They were also here within a hour and explained everything.

The tech was very knowledgeable about the situation causing the clog and about various types of pipes depending on materials used based on age of property. Very efficient, accurate pricing, informative. Would definitely recommend this company.

Had a drain issue causing my sinks to backup water and called after 5pm. Chaise was out here by 7pm and done in an hour with the problem resolved. Chaise was everything you hope to get in a visiting tech and puts Rescue Rooter at the top of my "call these guys" list. Exceptional pricing, too.

Very much appreciated Rescue Rooter's Alex and Devon who repiped all the corrosive copper water pipes in our recently purchased house. They also installed new natural gas lines to the stove and dryer areas which had been only electric. They cleared up a leaky hose bib and ensured our gas log fireplace was not leaking gas or carbon monoxide. They were very honest and charged a fair price. We will always call Mr. Rooter in the future.

Service was prompt and professional. Our Drain Specialist Daniel Neal made an extra effort to clear an especially stubborn root clog in our main sewer line.

Daniel Neal came and was wonderful with the service he provided. We had a clog that lasted 5 days and even had another plumber prior to him coming out and he was the one that fixed the problem; even while informing me on how to make my situation better. He was friendly and very helpful. Thank you to Daniel! He told me he’s been a plumber for 24 years and his work ethic shows !

Our wastewater drain was backing up into our utility room last night. I called and made an appointment for the next morning. Daniel Neal came out promptly, augered the pipes to rid them of roots, and got me set up with a camera to come check them out as well. He was extremely friendly and efficient.

Kalvante was amazing Friday with the emergency situation I had with my bathroom flooding. He was so professional and not only explained everything to me that he needed to do, but also let me know prices before hand. They came by and gave me a free inspection same day in regards to a sewer smell, Chase spent some time trying to find the issue and we eventually found it, he even tightened up the flapper chain in my toilet for me to try and alleviate the issue of a weak toilet and didn’t charge me. Stand up guy. I recommend

My technician, Brian Shupe, was incredibly knowledgeable, considerate, and efficient-he diagnosed and fixed the issue immediately. Quick to respond, on time, not only did they clean our waste line but they’re sending someone back with a camera just to check on everything. All included in the price that was cheaper than most other services. Very happy.

I had a fantastic experience with Istvan Vozary, who recently installed a new faucet in my kitchen. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. Not only did he do an excellent job with the faucet installation, but he also performed a thorough house inspection and pointed out several issues I wasn’t even aware of.
