Daniel Neal was my service technician. Daniel was very kind and courteous, he took the time to complete the job thoroughly and he made sure the areas were clean following his work. I highly recommend his services.

The relationship with Rescue Rooter didn't start off well because they use a call service during off hours. The person that answered my call sent the wrong type of tech even though I thoroughly described my issue. The tech arrived and was very friendly and knowledgeable but couldn't do the job. So, he took some photos and sent said a Drain Tech would be in touch. I wasn't 100% certain that the job was transferred over so I called in the next morning to make sure I had an appointment. They created a new appointment and gave me a timeframe. Chase, the Drain Tech, came quickly and was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what he was doing and what he thought the problem was. After clearing the main drain, he was very thorough in making sure that everything was draining. He also scheduled a camera tech to come in the next day to scope the system and see why we were having a reoccurring issue.
Nice work, Chase! You made the Rescue Rooter relationship much better. You've got a great future ahead of you.

I had a gfi that wouldn’t stop tripping the garage what I spent hours on the technician figured out minutes when my house was built a wire to another outlet was nicked and tripping the circuit . Thank you so much

We were very impressed with the tech Tyler D.-6. He was thorough and checked everything including to see if the problem was our septic system and it was not the problem. He believes there is something blocking in the pipe within our house and needs a camera inspection.

Brian Taylor was faced with many challenges for this project, including snowy conditions, his vehicle stuck in driveway snow as well as water and gas line issues that had to be improvised for safety. He did a great job, staying for nearly 6 hours, making addition runs to get parts despite poor weather. His service and professionalism is much appreciated.

I want to thank John Milburn for coming out today and running the camera thru my sewer line. John explained why we were having an issue and the best action to take to remedy the situation. He was knowledgeable, respectful and professional. I recieved a quote from him on services that was discussed. There was nothing added on the quote that was not discussed and it was sent within an hour. I appreciate all the help and would highly recommend this company for plumbing needs. Thanks again for everything.

Called into this company this morning, they gave me an estimate time, couldn't give me a cost until they seen the issue. technician came as scheduled. SUPER NICE GUY !! He came in checked out our issue of clogged tub, got his tools and got it draining in no time, we had tried and couldn't get it cleared, worked with us Retirees on our price , was worth it to have the professional do it .
I recommend this company, our guys name was Mr McLovin... 🤗 Thanks again for your help.

The technicians were out today to snake the drain as well as video verify the work. Rough was very personable, informative and efficient in the process of this task. He was patient in explaining answers to any questions I had, which was necessary because I had to explain to the owner.
I am confident that the work done today was completed properly and professionally.
