My technician Giovanni was nice, professional and very informative. Explained everything that was needed while providing an estimate.

My return call from ARS said no one was available for my last minute request. After calls to other options, I had given up hope and was left with an un-workable toilet (the only one in the home) for the evening and following morning. About an hour later I rcv’d a call from the tech, Brayan Mendoza. We briefly discussed my issue, he quoted some possible rates, but said it was difficult to be certain without seeing it firsthand. He went on to say he was only 20 minutes away and could inspect it. Before we ended the conversation, he again mentions he was only 16 minutes away and would be happy to inspect for no cost, and could provide a better estimate that I could accept or wait for a more convenient time. That was an option I couldn’t pass up. Brayan showed up exactly when he said he would, and was quite personable, and had every trait as a willing, helpful tech, not a sales person; I was pleasantly relieved. He completely inspected the issue, asked all the right questions, and said he had the ability to make the repair without issue. He quoted a reasonable quote that included a warranty. Again Brayan completed the repair quickly and efficiently just as he said he could. The work was sorely needed; Brayan’s willingness to help and ability to do it, along with his pleasant attitude was a gift.
