Jon was polite and worked with me on the price applying some discounts. Jon worked on my issue in a smooth and professional way, explaining the best way to clear my drain. He showed me the problem with the camera and used the power machine to cut the roots out of my pipe.

ARS/Rescue Rooter, came out to Inspect the ("PVC Sewer pipeline that (they) Installed less than (90 days ago), and ran a camera from the house front yard, to the City street, and found the pipeline to be [clear from any blockage], yet on (12/07 & 08), the main toilet in our home backed up with water and soot. Once again ARS came out and ran a camera out to the City street, and found that the [problem], lies with the corroded cast-iron pipeline under the City street. So a "new set of pictures and paperwork of the [problem], were sent to my email address, So that the Mayor and City Councilman can properly Investigate this [problem], that "clearly rests with the City of Fort Worth Water Department," and "not the Homeowner." Thank you ("ARS/Rescue Rooter")👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾😊. Give ARS/Rescue Rooter a chance to help Homeowners in Forest Hill,Texas.

They really arrived quickly, and whrm i cakked with a problem after Ricky left he was back within an hour! i didnt havr ti vo without hot water, they put our previous one in 14 years ago, so it had a good run!

Shane was the most thorough drain doc I could have hoped for. He explained everything in detail and gave options, as well as explained in layman terms what possible treatment could be done after diagnosing the concern. I already recommended him to 2 folks within the hour.

Their hydrojetting service was flawless. It was a drain we had been trying to clear ourselves with various machines. Their hydrojetting service completed the job in less than 30 minutes.
Their 2 technician was nice.
They provided same-day service.
I would have been more satisfied if their prices were a bit lower, but in the end,
I'm satisfied and grateful.

We had to replace our 21 year old boiler
After looking at and settling on an A O Smith 40 gal. water heater ARS within an hour got it installed on the same day. Jose from ARS did an excellent job testing ffor water and gas leaks.

Loved the guys that showed up to work. One snaked it and then 2 of them worked the camera to see the real issue! Then got a honest fair quote for the new work that needs to be done! I would use them again and refer them to others!!!
