This was the first time I have had my AC looked at in 5 years. Scheduling was easy and the same day I called. I ended up having to reschedule which was simple. Jacob arrived promptly in the window I was given and was knowledgeable about all of my options. He showed me pictures and explained pricing and let me know what he recommended working on now versus what was optional or could wait.

We had our AC leaking which is upstairs and was dripping into our ceiling. ARS was able to come out same day. Our tech Sheldon was excellent and went out of his way to help us find a solution of why this kept happening and explained things to us on how to resolve it in the future. 10/10

Top notch outfit from top to bottom. Estimator was knowledgeable and great! Installation was same day and exceeded my expectations. Quality is obviously a big deal with them. Lot of attention to detail. I’d give them more stars if I could!

This is the 1st time I've gotten a full internal view of whats going on with my HVAC. Remarkable service, everything was checked from vents, windows, AC unit, wires, internal duct system, and I now know whats offsetting my air as far as how much heat windows are giving off. Very satisfied.

Danny the AC tech came out today and did a check of our AC system. Very friendly gentleman and he was educational on what he was doing. He gave our AC system a thorough check to ensure it was operating properly. Would recommend Danny and his company for your AC needs. In today’s day and age, it’s nice to work with honest, dependable companies that don’t try to take advantage of customers! Thank you

ARS came to service my A/C because it had stopped working .I received a heads-up call prior to arrival from dispatch , and a text when the technician was on the way . Adrian arrived on time, was very professional and polite . He performed the inspection and gave me options based on his assessment . I chose to get a quote for a new unit given the age of my system and the detailed explanations given . Within 2 hours I had a visit from Kevin who was able to confirm everything that Adrian had said . We discussed options for repair versus a new system . I was presented with a clear explanation of options available and chose to replace the system . Kevin was very personable and easy to work with . He was able to get me as many discounts as possible and book an install for the following day . We have guests coming in this weekend and so having good A/C is a priority
Kevin was able to work with Home depot and the install team and arrange for all the permits etc etc The procedure was as painless as it could be, given the predicament I was in and the inevitability that my unit was on its way out . I have to say I am Very happy with the service given by ARS/ Rescue Rooter and very impressed by both employees today . Thank you !

ARS/ Rescue Rooter saves the day! They came out to do their bi-annual HVAC system health check (part of the deal they gave me when I purchased my HVAC unit for my master suite last year). The tech asked about my other 2 units which were 15yrs old... long story short- had a no obligation analysis done on the HVAC needs and got quoted a great price for the pair. When I say great price, they came in over $10K cheaper than the quote I got from a competitor last year for the same 2 units. Installed 2 days later by some of the quickest and nicest install techs I've had come to my house.
Will definitely use this company again- they price their services great, and have the nicest and most knowledgeable team walking you thru everything. Highly recommended.
