Our hot water heater was replaced by Allgood and the plumber they sent was fast, professional and did a great job replacing our old hot water heater with a brand new one. Highly recommend.

They came to see why my heat kept getting worse past the set temp. All to conclude that my thermostat was acting crazy. They told me each step they were doing. Answered all my questions. Thankfully it was indeed just the thermostat needing to be replaced. Definitely a great response team and helpful.

Allgood responded very quickly to what appeared to be a water leak on the property. They were able to identify the source of the leak quickly. Turned out to be our irrigation system.

They came in on Thursday afternoon and didn’t finish the job and supposed to be back on Friday to finish up the work I haven’t heard anything as of yet

The tech, Brandon, was absolutely awesome. He took the time to explain everything that was going on with my system, went up into the attic, and even checked the outside unit. He was so knowledgeable I swear it felt like having an encyclopedia right in front of me! Very professional from start to finish.
I’ll be honest, I had lost faith in this company because of past techs who would be here for less than 5 minutes and tell me, “Your unit is new, there’s nothing to worry about.” But Brandon restored my faith. Because of him, I would recommend you all again.

Our furnace died on us. It was Thanksgiving Day 2025. Not a good day for it to die. My husband tried Friday, Saturday and Sunday to fix it. Do not work. Sunday night, he made an appointment on Lowe’s. To have a person came out a give us a quote. His name is Henry Shin. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He point out the furnace and ac was over 20 years old. And being toward the end of the year, and deals were being made. So we talk about it and decide to replace to AC too. We have breathing issues. Henry showed us an air scrubber. We added that too. It is classified as a medical class ll. Which you can take it off on taxes. The installers were excellent. It took them 2 days to get it going instead of 1 day. They kept sending to wrong part we needed to finish it. And being 2 hours away from the headquarters didn’t make it easier. Now I have no complaints up to that point. Our complaint is with the office. Henry told us that when he came out to see us, that first day. If we can not finish the job in one day. We will take off $500.00 the bill. It was not our fault you guys keep sending the wrong part. My husband called them to get the $500.00 off. The person stated that is not their policy. Then why did the salesman say it? And that they can’t be blamed for seeding the wrong part twice. It sure ain’t our fault. We have no complaints with the salesman and the installers. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Just the office was the problem.
