Overall mechanical service was great. The technician Jimdrickus Bolden worked relatively quickly to get my AC unit repaired. I would have preferred more communication regarding the progress of the repairs. I wasn’t aware he had left to get a part until receiving a call from their dispatch person informing me he will be back the next day. My back door was left unlocked and the garage light was left on.
I would also recommend improving their customer service. I had to make two calls and stop in to get an appointment scheduled. I was also not informed when the 1st technician was running extremely behind until I called. I ultimately had to reschedule the appointment.

The two Technicians that came to do HVAC maintenance were great. They were so kind, but very professional. They explained everything and showed me where I had a leak which could be dangerous. Glad they came.

Allgood Home Services replaced my home heating and Air Conditioning System. Everyone from Henry Shin the estimator and Jalvan Knight and Rodrick Brown were very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.

Mauro and Spencer were great. They installed everything and cleaned up after themselves and Mauro explained everything very thoroughly and explained how to use the new thermostat. Great service would definitely recommend.

Brandon Goodman, my technician was courteous, clean work and very professional! Brandon explained everything to me a detail of what he was doing! I will call them again for my next service!!
The only negative thing I would say, is that the labor costs are a little high.

Michael Pharr, Allgood's Hot Water Heater technician, did an absolutely outstanding job diagnosing and replacing my hot water heater in what I can only describe as, record time. He minimized by days the amount of time we were without hot water. He is by far a Best-In-Class technician and service provider.
