Once again, Algood came through for us! Armando and Tyler arrived on time. They immediately assessed the area, explained to me what they were going to do, how they were going to accomplish it and an estimate of how long it should take. Once the new heatpump installment was completed, they methodically tested all components of the system. Once they determined everything was working properly, they walked me through all aspects of the heatpump, how it functioned, what the maintenance schedule would be, details of the warranty and helped me schedule the county inspection. This was the second installation we trusted to Algood. Their technicians are professional, courtious and do exactly what they say they are going to do. No surprises. I really didn't want to have to call this type of service and it does give you a sick feeling in your stomach, but I don't have any doubt that we made the right choice.
