Mr Joe Civitello was very professional, courteous & punctual. He assessed the problem of the compressor and though spent 20 mins observing and analyzing, did not charge a penny ! Helped me connect with the advisor on plan for replacing the unit & kindly said spare the payment towards new one. Other companies cost arm and leg just for looking at the heater !!

The technicians are great: kind, considerate, compassionate, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I also had the pleasure of working with the technician supervisor due to some breathing issues that my new Carrier Heat Pump System was causing. Everyone went out of their way to help resolve the issues so that I could return to my home. These gentlemen are very trustworthy and sincerely care about the customer. Thank you so much for being such an awesome team.

I am so happy I called ARS. Derrick and Cody were exceptional.
They answered all my questions and concerns. This was my first time having this type of replacement. The installers were also great! I'm a customer for life.

I certainly never expected that with a brand new system I would have to call for a repair less than a month into it! As far as the technician goes he was fine, fixed the problem now hopefully I won't be with out heat again, especially on the coldest day of the year so far. All still under warranty so no fee.

My new HVAC system which was installed in September 2025 stopped heating on a cold Friday night. I called on Saturday morning & originally was scheduled for between 2:00-6:00pm. The technician was delayed on the job before mine, so I was rescheduled for 8:00-12:00 Sunday. The technician, Jorge Perez-Rios, arrive before noon, and began to analyze my problem. He found that the auxiliary heating system had not been properly programmed, and he fixed the issue. He was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. All in all a pleasure to deal with. I am very pleased with the service from ARS. I am not going to downgrade my rating from because of the rescheduling of my appointment, because I know that it’s not until arriving at a call that you can tell the extent of a problem. I appreciate that the technician fixed a problem correctly rather than rushing and having it reoccur. Jorge explained what action he took in my case, and I feel confident that my system is ready to deal with the coming winter cold. I commend ARS on the Excellent service.

ARS came out the same day I called, which was fortunate considering our heat was broken and it was freezing outside! José, our technician, was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and answered all of our questions. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Super nice tech who came out to show me how to set up the app. It was his first time using this particular thermostat but he was very resourceful in figuring it out and getting it all set up.
Adding to this a second visit today, and yet another rep who is very nice and both times they really emphasized that they will stay and ensure everything works fine and checked other parts of the system other than the reason for the call.

Nice guys...seems like they got finish sooner than when we had the downstairs system done. However a gas system was installed downstairs. I don't know if that would take longer. They got it done!!!

Jacob was very professional he came last time to service my unit an I would prefer him all the time he helps u understand the issue an he just seems very nice but tonight he figured out my issue an now I have heat cus it’s bout to snow.
