Called after noticing thermostat did not reach the heat number we set before going to bed. Cold in the.morning and called ARS and they scheduled service. Technician Jake was at our home by noon and stated the heating system was not communicating. He fixed the problem right away and left us in warm home. There was no charge as we still had warranty.

Technician found small leak, shocked gas replacement was $800+. Given 10% discount, final bill 700 + including tune up. Service technician was professional and took time with explanations. Pleased with service, but unnerved with the cost of the gas replacement.

The crew that came out to install my hvac system was amazing! They were very knowledgeable an got the job done in a timely manner. I am very pleased! I would ll be cool in the summer a warm in the winter!!😁

Jarrel Lea, the technician who serviced my home for this instance was thorough in his response. He reviewed every scenario to determine whether the cause was a glitch or a mechanical failure. After several attempts, recalibration was done where the unit began to function properly. But he also communicated what could have happened and that I should not hesitate to contact them in the future if this happens again. He didn’t just adjust and leave without providing details. ARS truly has great technical support. Thank you for always going above and beyond the call.

Fast friendly service. The power went out during the installation of my new HVAC system and they used their flashlights to continue the installation. The electrician even called the power company to see when the power was going to be restored.
