Heating system inspection revealed safety and performance issues. We got a preliminary estimate for repair and will get an estimate for replacement later today. The ARS representative, Jonathan Rodriguez, was knowledgeable, informative and a pleasure to deal with. Very good encounter.

HVAC checkup. Roger arrived just within promised time. His inspection was thorough and extensive. He found a minor failure which I elected to correct. I would definitely use ARS again and seek bid for replacement HVAC from them. I prefer Rheem/Rudd smart designs.

They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and handled the job with care and expertise. It’s rare to find service that’s both friendly and top-notch, but ARS delivered on both fronts. Today, my large HVAC unit for my second floor was checked out by ARS Tech Larry. Everything was A-OK, working properly and no need to change filter. I’m pleased with ARS! Larry did his job efficiently and was quite pleasant doing so. Thank you, ARS. I’m good for whatever winter brings my way now!

The technician was very pleasant and professional. I was called and advised when he would be arriving. When he arrived he introduced himself and conducted himself in a very professional manner. he took his time and explained all of the issues with my AC unit. He also gave me an estimate for repairs.
