Tub drain needed unclogging. Called and they were able to come right away. Very nice gentleman (Durrell). It was tough at first but he was able to find and clear it. Great service and worked with me on the price. I’ll definitely call them again in the future.

Never had a bad experience with ARS! From their customer service reps and dispatchers, all the way to their technicians and management team, they’ve taken care of me and my family for years. For your HVAC needs, ask for Lino, Manny, or Omar! And for your Plumbing needs, be sure to ask for Jesus, Brandon, or Kyle! When it comes to hvac and plumbing, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, and I’m happy to pay ARS EVERYTIME because I know they’ll provide me with comprehensive options, a competitive price, and service with a smile!

Our plumber was great! Didn’t quit on finding and fixing the problem. He unclogged our shower drain by pulling out a huge hair tie. He could have stopped working at it as soon as water fed through but wasn’t satisfied by how the water was going down so he continued at it and fixed it! I never review anything, ever but this guys hard work earned it! Shout out to Christopher Faa!

Very glad they could come out on such short notice on a Sunday. They knew what the issue was quickly and unclogged the pipe/sink. Very happy with the service.

I needed a new faucet replaced. Jose Jesus Urdaneta was very professional, polite and efficient. I asked for him to come this time, if he was available, because last month he did a great job of identifying and repairing a pipe leak inside my kitchen wall. Great experience. Joseph showed up 60m after I called for service. He took his time to explain what he was doing, with what tools, and what I could do myself in the future.
