Claro and John were the most professional gentlemen in their investigation into the sewer problems at our home! They explained our options and gave us several paths forward. That was very much appreciated. Never any pressure to make a decision today. Most impressed!!!

Durrell was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the visit. It turned out to be a false alarm on my plumbing needs this time, but I will definitely call back for any major issues in the future. I look forward to receiving that same high level of service next time!

Technician was thorough, arrival time was a little bit late, but they kept me informed what time he would be here. Explain everything in detail what he was doing he gave me some advice. Otherwise, very pleased with the work.

This is the 2nd time I've used ARS. First time was for a/c repair, which they did an excellent job, affordable and thorough! This time it was for a/c maintenance, he checked my blower inside the house and the power as well as taking apart and inspecting the a/c outside. He gave us a thumbs up on everything and gave us recommendations for our next check up and what to expect given how old the unit is. We are very happy with Cristian V. and the service he provided.

Sheldon did an excellent job on our scheduled AC check up. The air is blowiing muxh cooler He also answered all the questions my husband were consernd with. There was a little rattling noise, Thanks to Sheldon its ni longer rattling. Thank You!!!!

Great Customer Service overall, the technicians were very knowledgeable. Informative didn’t make a mess. Got out of there in less than an hour. It was awesome. We’ll be referring and using them again.

The tasks were to replace everything in my HVAC system except the furnace and thermostat. Move up from a 3TON to 4TON condenser and raise the height of the platform for the new condenser. Installation were seamless. Installers were knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with the work. I thank ARS/Rescue Rooter for a good job. I'm satisfied..

My technician, Alan Estrada was such a professional, guiding me through the information I did not understand about protecting my air conditioner. He was so patient in helping me decide what was “necessary” and not. I always want to keep my AC in good shape and not struggling to cool. Alan was so kind and good at what he does. He is an asset to your company and thus makes y’all look that much more trustworthy!!!

I scheduled an AC maintenance service on March 28, 2026, after receiving a call reminding us it was time for our annual tune-up. Before confirming, I specifically asked if the technician would be the same person who serviced our unit last year, & I was told yes. That was not true, a completely different technician arrived.
During the visit, my husband was quoted $689 for a “hard start kit,” with claims that it would reduce electricity costs and help the compressor. After checking, this part is readily available for under $100. This pricing is excessive and misleading, especially when presented during a discounted service visit. It felt like a clear upsell tactic rather than a genuine recommendation.
The technician also needed access to our daughter’s bedroom because that is where the upstairs thermostat and heating unit. However, he entered the room without wearing shoe covers or even asking for one. Too late when hudband noticed that he didn't wear any. Being in a private bedroom space, this lack of basic courtesy and respect for our home was unacceptable.
Offering a low-cost tune-up should not be an excuse for misleading information, upselling, or disregard for a customer’s home. I expect honesty, transparency, and professionalism. Too bad that there was no consistency with great service we got from last year.

Last year 2025 : We had to switch companies for our AC needs, & we’re so glad we did! The technician from ARS was thorough, explained current & potential issues clearly, and provided excellent service. Highly recommend them to family and friends!
