The plumber was extremely cautious and professional. I will highly recommend ARS and I just found myself a go-to plumber for any future plumbing issues I couldn't handle myself...and they offer senior's discount also.

I was pleased from start to finish with the service we received from ARS/Rescue Rooter. Angel (the ARS/Rescue Rooter technician), arrived promptly, went into the attic to assess what needed to be done, gave us a quote and was able to install a new water heater the same day. I'll gladly recommend ARS/Rescue Rooter to friends and family.

Christopher was wonderful! A piece of jewelry fell in a drain and he was able to retrieve it. Also ARS tor Rooter has helped me with toilet problems and busted pipe problems in the past. Thank you so much.

When we called regarding plumbing issues, we were able to get an appointment right away. Our technician, Christopher, arrived and was very courteous. Christopher provided an explanation of what he would be doing to determine our problem and able to clear the blockage we had. Christopher's supervisor, Mr. Dukes, came out to do further camera work and very thorough in pinpointing other problem areas. At the end of our appointment, a detailed explanation of our problems were provided, along with potential solutions or options to fix them. All delivered in a professional manner.

Highly professional and compassionate . I wish I would have taken the name of the tech that helped us . He was very kind and considerate , took the time to explain services rendered and though we have a bigger problem ( roots) he was not pushy at all with the sales pitch . I highly recommend their services .
