I called ARS to perform routine maintenance on my furnace. The technician was very polite and professional. He cleaned my system and pointed out areas where I needed to take note as it may cause an issue in the future. He also pointed out a problem which needs addressing and explained it in a clear and concise fashion. I appreciated his input.

My technician, Jay, was on time, very neat and explained everything he doing to correct my drain problem. He came out on a Sunday morning and completed the work in no time. He cleaned up the mess my sewer backup caused and was interesting to talk to. I would definitely recommend him for and use him for any future plumbing problems I might have. Tom Goodwin
