ARS was able to send a technician in a pinch when our furnace suddenly stopped working. They came out within an hour of my call! Efrain G., the technician, was very helpful. He was able to identify and fix our furnace issue quickly. Efrain was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and taught me how to properly maintain our unit.

My water heater went cold and I called ARS and scheduled an appointment. The first person only works on heaters so he called back to his office and they send a plumber right away. The second person came in and within five minutes, my water heater was back on at no charge. Their service person won't even accept a bottle of water. Thank you ARS for not taking advantage of me.

Installation was done professionally and efficiently. Derick and Andi explained the system to us and made recommendations. They did a thorough job of cleaning up after themselves as well.
