My hot water heater was old and needed a replacement. I called ARS and they sent Lenny on same day for an estimate! He came and saw that tank was leaking. He called his company, they sent over a new heater within the hour and new water heater was installed same day! Amazing service!! Can’t say anything negative at all! Will call them again if needed.

Our furnace went out we called Lowes for an emergency Tech; they had referred us to ARS/Rescue Rooter. The serviceman came when they said, he did everything he could, very polite and knowledgeable. Our furnace was old so we chose to get a price on a new one. The next day the Salesman was here first thing in the am as they said. Matt was very knowledgeable, super polite and no High pressure sales. A comfortable feeling. Tomorrow we get our new furnace/ac. installed.

I had my kitchen faucet replaced, the guys that installed it were very thorough and pleasant. The job was quick and they cleaned up afterward. I will definitely hire them again if I ever have issues again .

Maurice Smith is very knowledgeable about the furnace and its maintenance. He answers all my questions and provided demonstration where needed.

At 7:30, I received a “Your technician is on the way” notice, but the technician did not arrive at our home until 9:20.
If possible, it would be much appreciated if this notice could be sent within 30 minutes of the actual arrival time.

Danny my service man was outstanding! He gave me valuable information. Was so very kind and patient. Made sure I understood all the information. Love this company ! Danny deserves 5 stars! They are honest , reasonable prices, and all their service man are the best! Highly recommend this company!

Had a professional plumber from ARS come over to fix a low water pressure issue and install a water descaler in less than a hour done! I was impressed at how quick this was done sometimes you have to call a professional! Thanks. Happy customer
