Things went smoothly 😌

Great communication as far as the appointment but a surprise when what was a routine scheduled visit turned into many issues that costs over $1100. I get a 6 month A/C check and it seems to be very expensive because of always needing something. Questioning this or trusting this is the issue.

Jerry Cook was the service tech who came out and did an excellent job on my HVAC tune-up also provided me with info on things to consider to keep my A/C running right. In my next HVAC tune-up I will be requesting that he be the one to come out even if I have to wait till he is available. Thank you Jerry for great job well done 👍

Water tank replacement. Installer was knowledgeable, competent, left work site clean, system working well. Initial scheduling was somewhat difficult but work around was achieved. Totally pleased with installer and result.

They arrive as scheduled, the installation men were very friendly and very hard workers. They completed the job in about 5 hours, cleaned up and everything was great. Definitely recommend their services.

My tech was very polite, friendly and helpful...and on time😊 He suggested a leaf filter to put over my fan, removed the fan and motor, and climbed down in there to remove all the leaves🤗 then put it all back, and installed one- very tightly! It cost $130 and he didn't charge for the installation!! I've been very pleased with all the techs as they really want to help me, and are kind about my picture taking. And because he was coming, I trimmed all these palm fronds away from my unit! So a win-win all around!🤩

Tune up was done to AC. They contact me with a special and it was worth it. Same day tech arrived.

Wonderful people easy to make an appointment for the same day with no extra charge!! Fast and polite and I didn't have to be on him the whole time checking on him so I could take care of my stuff highly recommend....

I just had my HVAC system tuned up for a great price. The technician Jerry mwas very knowledgeable about the system and spent time telling me how to take care of the unit (ie. proper filters to use and to use Wet vac to get crude from the outside pipe) I appreciated his time and knowledge.
