I found Florida Home to be a professional and well experienced Air Conditioning company. Florida Home Representative David Dean explained in detail all the advantages of installing one of their units. They came the next day an installed a new Heat Pump "Made in the USA," and we are completely satisfied. The installers' Tristan and Jahmaal were courteous, polite and left no mess. I definitely recommend Florida Home above all others for price, quality and professional service.

Great communication as far as the appointment but a surprise when what was a routine scheduled visit turned into many issues that costs over $1100. I get a 6 month A/C check and it seems to be very expensive because of always needing something. Questioning this or trusting this is the issue.

Jerry Cook was the service tech who came out and did an excellent job on my HVAC tune-up also provided me with info on things to consider to keep my A/C running right. In my next HVAC tune-up I will be requesting that he be the one to come out even if I have to wait till he is available. Thank you Jerry for great job well done 👍

Water tank replacement. Installer was knowledgeable, competent, left work site clean, system working well. Initial scheduling was somewhat difficult but work around was achieved. Totally pleased with installer and result.

I just had my HVAC system tuned up for a great price. The technician Jerry mwas very knowledgeable about the system and spent time telling me how to take care of the unit (ie. proper filters to use and to use Wet vac to get crude from the outside pipe) I appreciated his time and knowledge.

Good afternoon, Johnathan arrived on time introduced himself! He checked our filter, it was flity. He told me I should change my filter every month, I had changed it the end of July. Johnathan said the vents need to be cleaned. After checking the unit there more problems than we knew. He took pictures and showed them to us, a lot of work needs to done! He was very informative and professional and appreciated everything he told us and the options toward getting it fitted right. Thank you for sending Johnathan D.

@ 03/07/24 Just had them back for a check-up on our systems and Kasey was AWESOME everything was great and even gave me some advice on a surge protector. Thank you all again you all are a super nice company to work with.

My appointment was scheduled for 8am to 12 noon. I received a call from dispatch at 8:18am that technician was on the way. I called two more 9:54 and 11:04 am times and received e-mails stating he was on the way. Bottom line he was sent to the wrong address. Malik Paul was excellent and did a good job and explained what happened.
I ordered the correct size filters after he.showed me the correct size. Also the strip and received a quote for replacing the light.
Service call turned out very pleasant after a bad start
