He thoroughly explained the situation that we're having with our heater, he helped us navigate so we could get the necessary part, and even helped us start our E-heat setting so we wouldn't have to go out and purchase a portable heater until ours is repaired. It was much appreciated amd very considerate of him. He didn't make any promises about the parts or when a tech would be out to fix the heater. He's most definitely an asset to your company.
