We got a scheduled service check up for our ac and found some issues with our system. John C was our tech for that and was super helpful in explaining process. A new furnace and AC system was installed by a different team. There were issues with ac not being tested after installation. I contacted ARS and the original tech John C came out quickly same day to fix the issue of installation by the other team. I’m very impressed with John C and ARS’s commitment to make sure customers are throughly satisfied.

After having two no shows from this company. This morning a female technician came and did the maintenance on our AC. She was very knowledgeable and customer oriented.. she even gave me instructions on how to clean the condenser coil.
Please send more female technicians out to do this job!

The 5 star review is for the Level of expertise and professionalism, senior technician Brandon Brock displayed during the service call. After multiple attempts to try to resolve issue with a noise my heat pump was making, He performed a thorough and detailed check of my HVAC system. While the source of the noise is still unknown, I was given peace of mind , optimism that my system is running efficiently, And the issue may be resolved.

Carlos did our spring AC tune-up. He moved efficiently, assessing the health of the system and showing me how to do some regular maintenance that I had forgotten. In and out in 30 min. Very impressed!

Received my semi-annual furnace check by Brandon Brock. Brandon came through on the early end of my 6-9pm window, no waiting around. He was patient with my questions and gave me legit service recommendations in plain language without trying to sale new tech and products that I couldn't understand. Very pleasant, professional and communicative. I am pleased with my prepaid maintenance agreements and my appointment.
