Today I met Richard Hanson who evaluated a problem with our 1 mo. Old system. He immediately found a clogged A/C drain and cleared it! He also made thermastat work correctly. Very seasoned tech and nice guy! He also showed me that I should turn A/C OFF and gently hose off coils from top to bottom every month or when I see debree. I also now know how to clear drain. Theres nothing better than an educated consumer from a Pro. Thanks again

Excellent service. Installed additional equipment to my AC to improve air quality. Would like to have same technician (Alex) continue servicing my Heating/AC system.

My technician was amazing! Super helpful, patient, listened, great communicator, thought about how to fix the problem since it wasn't immediately apparent, and ultimately fixed it! So much relief. He also wore a mask at my request with no argument and already had one on him. As a high risk individual who has encountered some rude attitudes about masking inside my home, I do NOT take that for granted.
Only removed one star for the company, not the technician, because I was told I would get a warning call or text, and instead they sent me an email, which I was not keeping a lookout for due to being explicitly told it would be a call or text. I would have set my email to send me push notifications if I'd known. Therefore I had no warning when the technician showed up and had to make him wait while I rushed to get my anxious dog crated.
But he was great about being patient with that. Couldn't have asked for a better technician. The company just needs to be clearer about time warnings for customers, or fix a glitch in the system if that's what the issue was.

Of course our air conditioner dies right before company is coming and when the weather hits 90. McCarthy Setvices came out same day and Brian went above and beyond coming out after hours, answering all of our questions, and helping find the perfect new air conditioner. He even helped us get it installed next day. Thank you!

McCarthy Services has such a terrific A/C tech! His name is Alex and works in the Winchester VA area! He was professional, trustworthy and efficient. I highly recommend McCarthy Services if you have any A/C issues. Their staff was very nice and responsive also. You just don’t get good service anymore and they were incredible!!!

I Decided Juice McCarthy Services And the technician the name was Marvin, he went above and beyond giving excellent service following up, helping to contact the management and in less than 24 hours I have a new AC system install and using on my tenants were very happy with this service.

Bekele Keskessa might be the best service tech who has ever come into our home. He is knowledgeable, polite and experienced. He answered all my questions and did a thorough checkup of our AC system. I will ask for him by name if we ever need another service.

Brian L. from McCarthy came out to look at my current system and provided me with an estimate to replace my 20+ year HVAC system. He explained everything thoroughly and showed me my options and was patient with my many questions. Kudos to Brian!

Luc is one of the best A/C service provider. He came out to my house and was very thorough. He explained what he did, provided pictures, and how to increase the longevity to my systems. For a large company Luc is an exception person to perform work at your house. I have asked for Luc to be our service provider. We have 4 service contracts and hope he will be returning.
Unfortunately, Luc no longer works for McCarthy services. Mr. McCarthy has recently retired and it is run by ARS. I hope the services in the future will meet the same level as what was provided by DM select.

Josue, service tech. did an excellent job.
McCarthy Services is an excellent heating & cooling service company. In fact, in 2020, they replaced our dual zone system - furnaces (2), Carrier HVACs (2), UV Light air scrubbers (2) 75 gallon water heater, & April Air humidifier.
Excellent install and 5 year service contract.. Jeremiah, Service Rep serviced our heating system today and did an excellent job.

Mike, the plumber, repaired everything in the blink of an eye, but first had to go get parte he did not have available. Yet, he finished everything in record time.
