I had a great experience with McCarthy Services today, and I especially want to recognize Caesar, Oscar and Tim. who installed my HVAC system.
From start to finish, Caesar was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure the installation was done right, and treated my home with care and respect. His attention to detail and workmanship really stood out, and you can tell he takes pride in what he does.
The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free, and the quality of the installation gives me confidence that my system will perform well for years to come.
I highly recommend McCarthy Services, and if you get the chance to work with Caesar, you’ll be in excellent hands. Great service all around!

My mother’s heat was not working and her landlord called McCarthy Services to come and look at it. Marvin was the tech sent out and he was amazing! He was professional and courteous. Very thorough as he clearly explained to the landlord the issues and followed up with a detailed report and pictures to insure a clear understanding of the problems. Marvin is the best service tech I have encountered in years and would hands down call them in the future (and request Marvin!).

I came home to a flooded laundry room and quickly discovered my hot water heater was leaking. I called McCarthy Services the next day for a free quote and was promptly seen by a technician who clearly explained the process and what to expect. The very next day, their team came out and had everything installed within just a few hours. I was genuinely impressed by how fast and efficient their service was from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Good Morning,
I am currently sitting in my living room in shorts and t-shirt. Nice and toasty. This has been a long time coming after dealing with several companies and temp. fix hear and there. Finally broke down and reached out to Lowes and was given McCarthy company. Finally got my items in order and made the call.
Alejandro (Alex) and Caesar showed up to the house. They were very professional and friendly. I went down a few times and asked a few questions and they both took the time to explain information to me of what they were doing and showed me what was needed. I did not mean to bother them from there work, but they both seemed delighted to make sure i was happy and understood the process. Both were a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job putting in the furnace. Once completed they called me down and gave me a walk through of the updated and the new features of the system as well as how to operate and program the new thermostat that was installed. I highly recommend Alex and Caesar and McCarty services for any system repairs you may need! I am beyond thankful & grateful for there services!!!! No more space heaters and kerosene heaters needed!!!!!! Was a please hearing my wife walk in the house yesterday evening instead of dang its cold in here, to WOW... what do you have the heat set to!!!!!!!! :) Thanks again.

I've had nothing but great experiences with McCarthy Services. One of their technicians, Erik H, just finished a diagnostic job on my HVAC system that required some ingenuity and flexibility. It was a complicated job but he was patient and worked on it until he identified the issue and solved the problem. I will continue to utilize McCarthy Services for any issues that arise in the future!

What can I said….
From the Presentation to installation of HVAC system w/a little glitch (but was corrected), thru the several conversations with service representatives and then my first to maintenance service.
All I know is that MaCarthy Services has been nothing but the truth!

I had a very good experience with McCarthy services. The technician that service my unit was very knowledgeable and professional kind humble and engaging. And did not have a problem giving answers to any questions I had. Some thing I understand about my unit but he added to what it did not know. And I appreciate that.
