Showed up exactly on time. Installation of furnace and air conditioner. Reviewed the work to be completed with me before start of installation and again after work was finished. Highly friendly and professional. Worked with McCarthy years ago and came back over 20 years later. Will continue to use them. You will be satisfied with their work. Feel confident with their service.

The best service i've ever had the worker was on time did a clean job, did a very good job and what he was supposed to do. I will recommend mccarthy to anyone that would ask about them. I had a very good experience with the company.Thank you very much.

The technician arrived on time, and after a brief description of my problem, he diagnosed the problem rather quickly. He then described and showed me equipment that was failing and needed to be replaced. He did a very good job.

Great experience! We always use McCarthy to service our heating and air. They replaced our HVAC system earlier this year. When our thermostat failed on a cold day in December, they sent someone out within an hour to replace it - completely free of charge. These guys are great, strongly recommend!

Mr Bekele was here when he said he'd be here, he was so nice, so efficient and so informative ! Little tips to help me get the best from my equipment. I was very impressed, he was an excellent spokesperson for McCarthy's - thanks you. I shall be sure to ask for him next April for my Spring tune up

Mr Basim was excellent. He is remarkably polite, knowledgeable and very professional. Mr Basim arrived on time, he performed the furnace inspection diligently , and he explained the diagnostic and everything clearly. He showcased excellent customer. Thank you Mr Basim and McCarthy Services!

A few weeks ago, the boiler heater in the house started making this horrible screeching sound. It sounded like it was getting ready to stop working at any moment. We had an HVAC company come out, a really popular one that we've used many times before, and they quoted us a price that was pretty significant, like $20,000 to replace the entire unit. I suggested that we go to Home Depot and talk to them, and boy, I'm so grateful that we did. They set us up with McCarthy Home Services. They came out to the house to look at the system and to give us some advice. The salesperson was kind of cocky, but friendly. He said something that was a little bit offensive to me. I was ready to pass on them, but the homeowner decided to go with them due to the price quoted (like $6k less than the other company). I was a little skeptical when the unit was put in because the house was still very cool. However, after about 12 hours or so, the house was balmy and has remained so. I keep waiting for it to get cold again (I guess I am used to it) but it really is working! After living in the house for probably 10 years and just being used to various pockets of cold throughout the winter, especially in the bedrooms, I don't think I know how to act because it's just really warm in here. I am so incredibly grateful and humbled by this experience. Thank you, McCarthy Home Services, and thank you, Home Depot Merrifield for recommending them. This has been an absolute blessing. #appreciativeofthewarmth!

Shakir was very helpful in identifying potential fixes to our issues and was very honest in his assessment. While we didn’t get anything done at the time of the visit, we will certainly be calling back to have home do the work when the weather is a bit better. Very friendly and to the point, highly recommend!

McCarthy Tecnician, Sopheak Soun, made sure our heating system was running again after an uncomfortably low temperature stuck for days at our house. Sopheak Soun demonstrated professionalism, kindness, efficiency and proficiency! He communicates clearly, finds a solution quickly. Sopheak Soun even reminded me to get my warranty papers ready! I do thank Sopheak for that too!

McCarthy service rep , Alex, has done an excellent maintenance job on my furnace and he was back out to recheck my humidifier. McCarty has always provided me with excellent service over the past 12 years . Alex is a wonderful and professional rep.
