Fall check up of furnace. Technician was great and forth coming. He has been to my house before so I know I am getting excellent advice.
One complaint about McCarthy is the sales department makes too many calls for marketing. Please stop. It’s annoying and interrupting to get at least 3 to 4 calls a week. As for scheduling, I selected a date that suits my schedule. I don’t have to be reminded every day that your company is in the neighbor, do you want your visit earlier.

I have been a McCarthy customer for more than 20 years and have been very pleased wtih their service. Most recently, Marvin Jenkins Jr came out to perform a maintenance visit and was friendly, professional, and helpful as he advised us on the condition of our heat pump and air handler.

Marvin was prompt, respectful, and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and shared with me the pictures he took to help me understand. At the end, he gave me some options and a recommendation for a path forward. Great service.

I greatly appreciated the various options that were offered to repair/replace my old furnace. I did not feel pressured at all, and the financing was excellent (12 month, interest-free loan.) The various technicians I dealt with (for a tune-up, then for a free estimate, and then for installation of a new furnace) were very pleasant to deal with. My new furnace is much quieter than the old one ever was, which is an added bonus!

This was not my first time receiving service from McCarthy but Marvin was another outstanding technician who visited. He was communicative, friendly and very knowledgeable about our system. The visit requires some follow up, which he immediately began and has already followed through on. My only complaint about McCarthy is the call center they use to manage their phones. I consistently find that only part of my message makes it from the call center to the technician. This is definitely an area where they could improve.

I would highly recommend McCarthy services. The sales representative Chinedu was amazing, warm, and very knowledgeable. His expertise helped us choose the correct system for our home, and we are truly satisfied. Cesar with the installment team and the other two workers were extremely kind, arrived on time, explained the installment processed as they worked and ensured we were comfortable with operation and the installment. We chose McCarthy services after reading reviews, and can now say as a customer it was a great choice! Our new system is great quality and a great investment! Thank you McCarthy services for excellent customer service from the front office calls and scheduling, initial assessment, sales and installment, our family is very satisfied!!

McCarthy services so far has done an amazing job. They were way ahead of the time schedule, they waited in vehicle until 8:15. They came in, worked, installed our A/C, explained how the system worked, cleaned up, and were out in less than 8 hours as originally planned. So far, I’m quite pleased with them, if not I’ll be in contact with them this summer.😃

Just had my Heat Serviced today the technician Alexander Kazeitchev did an Amazing job. He was very professional and knowledgeable and did a thorough job. Did not rush. He also had pleasant personality. Thank You Again. I am ready for fall/winter season 😊
