The services that we recieved were performed well. Because we were running the heat and not the refrigeration, the checkout was more limited than usual. Because it was dark outside also limited the checkout. As a result the condenser coils were not flushed with water. The inside checkout went very well.

I booked ARS 4 times to come out and they NEVER showed up when they said they would. I have a service contract that I pay for each month, but no service! This is a terribly unreliable company.
