Sergio from ARS is a gem. He has been here several times, so he knows the routine of going to the rooftop in our building to check the handler. I giving 4 stars because I been trying several times, unsuccessfully to get the purchase receipt and warranty documents, still haven’t gotten!

Has gas leak and a major soldering issue $4K+ for Freon (Overpriced)!
Technician (Joel) was very helpful and did the xtra mile to fix it, past 2am on a Sunday!

Has gas leak AGAIN!
Technician Carlos has soldered same pipe! Excellent job in the evening of the same day I called and I was able to get back the AC working to sleep comfortable cool.
It looks like a manufacturer issue with the pipe.
