I’m always skeptical about sales people. I ask a lot of questions and I do my research. I’m still going over my options but so far everybody I’ve talked to and dealt with have been honest and patient with me. This is not a done deal yet but so far I’m pleased with today’s interactions. Added surge protection to the HVAC system. Signed up for annual maintenance for Spring and Winter. Technician installed new protector, serviced unit. Technician explained the problem and processes.
