The sceduling and response does not deserve a 4. BUT, Richard who worked through the water heater problem, got the park order and installed. Why not use local scheduleing etc as we were wating for hot water for 4 days. Great job Richard.

I hate doing/dealing with these types of things but when your whole house stops draining properly what can you do??? Well you can go online to ARS/rescue rooter (because your neighbor highly recommends them) and do the online request and they will call you within a minute or two even if its after 7pm. And then they will assess your situation and get you set up with an appointment super easy. They called me back 30-40 minutes before my technician arrived to make sure it was all good to send them over and then I got a text and email letting me know exactly what time they would show up. I had two technicians show up and they were very informative. They let me know the process, costs and everything step by step. It really couldn't have been made easier which makes me so happy cause my anxiety was bad enough with the problem we were facing! Thank you ARS!

*** did a professional job repairing a broken waterline to my water heater! They were fast to respond and provide excellent friendly service, I could not have asked for more better quality service than *** provided! I would also like to add that the technician was able to provide feedback on what he needed to do. I would recommend *** for all repairs and will make sure they are the first I always call.

Bill, today's tech tried to sell me the "moon. " Left bad feeling over what he wanted me to spend related to our HVAC units. Our 2nd year ARS service but will be the last one.

Technician was very nice and professional. Spring HVAC unit check up. $299 for a capacitor replacement was too pricey. Amazon sells the capacitor for $16.90! Replacing it myself. Feel sorry for the people who don’t have the experience to do it themselves!

I had my Unit checked out and the tech did an excellent job. He also took the time to explain in detail about all the readings on his gauges and what they meant.

Anthony did a great job of replacing two ancient outside spickets and the main shutoff valve to the house. He was easy to talk to and I learned a lot about how the work is done. Worth every penny.
