Last year, ARS was hired by the former owner of my home to install all new duct work under the house. During my home inspection for purchase, it was notated that they did not replace the duct work, it had been laying on the ground unconnected and getting wet and moldy and instead of installing new, they merely pieced new duct with the old. After having the seller's agent call them back to see the terrible work that was done, the new team came out and spent all week pulling the old out and installing the new. During this time, we had no heat and the temperature in the house in the morning was 55 degrees. We want to acknowledge and say thank you to Austin and Sergio for their professionalism, their caring and excellent customer service they showed us. They worked hard to ensure we had heat by weeks' end and corrected the mistake done a year ago. The two of them, along with a second team to help get the job done were outstanding and are the epitome of what ARS the company should be.

Great service, quick response. Customer service was wonderful and followed up on the appointment time. Kyle is great!!! He was professional, gave us good advice, very personable, and extremely neat. We couldn't be happier. We highly recommend. Definitely would use them again!

My drain line was clogged slap up!! I called ARS they scheduled a tech to do the work in an hour on a Sunday. He showed up handled the problem with ease. Very professional. I appreciate the great job. I would definitely call ARS if problems like this arise again

The ARS Rescue Rooter technician, Joseph Grimm, was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this twice yearly maintenance service that I have been using for several years.

The only reason this is not five stars is because of the price. I think the price was a little on the high side, but other than that, the work was great. The workers were very professional and did an awesome job. Everything was clean and neat when they were done. Overall, the job went great just a little high on the price.

My first visit from ARS was a pleasure! Justin Elkin was both knowledgeable and professional.
He patiently explained my issues and offered different options. I would highly recommend ARS based on my visit and repair solution!

The entire situation was confusing. The Spring maintenance serviceman told me there were problems with the return, air handler, supply, and supply return line with microbial growth present and gave me three options to choose from to correct the problem ranging from $1,899 to $5,450. I called my son to discuss this with him who contacted that serviceman and he said he would get back to my son but never did. Consequently, I did nothing. Fall maintenance is due so I call and make the appointment. The next day, a representative from ARS calls me to inform me I have to wait until I pay for my elite plan (which wasn't due for 2 weeks). So, I call ARS to ask about that and, as I thought, that person was wrong. I still had my Fall service covered. Well, after that was corrected, the Fall serviceman came and when he took down the filters, he pointed out that they were clean as a whistle and he complimented me on having such a clean house. I appreciated hearing that and thanked him. He found nothing wrong with whatever the Spring serviceman said. The Fall maintenance man did replace the old battery and added another part to protect the condenser. He showed me and told me why that would be necessary. He was very clear with his explanation. I have no idea what the Spring serviceman was up to but I'm sure glad I didn't spend the money since I'm on a fixed income. I trust the Fall serviceman and always want to deal with just him. I feel he was honest, professional, friendly, and understanding. I don't expect to have this type of problem with ARS in the future. I have been a customer with ARS for quite some time.
