Yesterday I had an appointment between 8am-12pm so I took the day off from work. Which was ok because my job understood. Now, Usually you guys show up on time and are great or even call to let me know if you’re running behind, But yesterday I heard nothing and even waited two extra hours but needed to get some things done yesterday. I finally get a call at 6:30pm saying they were there but nobody’ was home.. So because I was running behind on the things I needed to get done and they showed up 6 1/2 late we had to reschedule for today. Meaning I had to call my job yet again to call out. Which I have now been reprimanded for something that does not ever happen for me at and I’m extremely upset about it. Now I understand that things happen and some jobs take more time than others, but that’s when communication comes in..I shouldn’t have to call you guys that’s why I have an appointment.because had they called to tell me something I could have gone in to work catch up on what I missed that morning and then taking off this morning. Today though Carl showed up on time, let me know know before he got here and did an amazing job while he was here. So thank you so much Carl you are appreciated!!

The techs just finished our A/C check and cleaning. They worked very efficiently and carefully explained everything they did. Sharing their expert knowledge with homeowners is an appreciated bonus. Thanks ARS for keeping our equipment working.

I would not hesitate to recommend ARS; their technicians are very professional. They arrive on time they finish and clean up. ARS provides excellent service and maintenance on both my HVAC and plumbing systems.

Y'all sent the wrong technician out. I told the person I talked to last night that I had a clog and y'all sent a technician for a pipe leak. Now I have to wait another hour or two for the right technician. For future references when someone calls please tell your employees to listen carefully to the customer. Thank you kindly

Nick arrived within a short time of us calling in the service call. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient. He explained everything he did what was wrong and how he fixed. I would recommend him to anyone.... Great customer service!

I do not have a lot to say about Rodney's actions except to say I felt he did a wonderful job cleaning the evaporator coil which I have never seen before. He was great and a positive value to the company. RAS

I scheduled an appointment to unclog a toilet and was pleasantly surprised to discover that a could get someone come out the same morning I made the call. In searching the website I also found discount coupons. Shortly before the plumber arrived I decided to try one more time with my plunger and was pleasantly surprised that the clog became dislodged. While I did not need the service I was impressed with the ease to schedule an appointment, the friendliness of the staff and I for sure will contact ARS Rescue Rooter for all future plumbing needs!

Our experience with ARS has always been wonderful. From the water heater installed by David Two years ago to 4/25/24 when Matt came to our house about a HVAC unit. He was super, not once was he pushy or overbearing, pleasant jovial and professional he explained every question and helped us get the right unit we went with Carrier. Next day on Friday the installation started with Timmy and Landon for our unit. Timmy is an exceptional hard worker and so knowledgeable. Our air works so well, and we have the comfort of knowing with their warranty and service we are always covered. Thank you ARS for being such a great company!
