We got an estimate from james/he came to are house for a estimate. Excellent very knowledgeable answered all are questions. We ended up buying a new central ac im gladiator we chose ars i highly recommend james

I called late afternoon on a Sunday from Florida as my elderly stepmother in Pittsburgh with memory issues was unable to turn off a garage heater. She claimed it was getting dangerously hot. The person who answered the phone was kind and understanding as was the tech who arrived at 8:00 pm. It was a simple fix but the way they handled it and the prompt emergency service was excellent.

The sales guy was polite and explained everything in clear concise language. Appointment was made for the next day for install.
The installers were amazing. Less than 1 day to install the system.
We went from a mid 80’s Rhemer AC system to a Rhemer heat pump.

I was very happy with the man that was here. He was honest and showed me the problem. Told him I was going upstairs, and he said no please stay here for me to check and see what’s going on. He was a very nice man. We had a conversation about life in general. Very happy with this company!
They need to get cards with the repairman’s name. Forgot my guy’s name, but he was excellent!!!
