The initial call to book was easy, the attendant friendly and helpful. The tech was on time, friendly and efficient. Made suggestions for system maintenance and repaired a failing component on our outside AC unit. The tech explained everything thoroughly and in detail. Quoted price was what was paid. All the technicians are very knowledgeable and know their job, but the people answering their phones to schedule an appointment have much to be desired. Extremely hard to understand.

I was able to get an appointment for yearly AC check up in just a few days. The technician called when he was en route and arrived on time. He explained what needed / should be done as well as reviewing the pricing and charges with me before starting the work.

Service technician Mark Castriotta is the best. Technically very good and thorough. He cares a lot that he is doing the best for you and goes out of his way with analysis and helpful suggestions that are not obvious to most.

The technician sniffed out the problem with my a/c unit right away. He is a little rough around the edges, but he's a good technician. He didn't give me a receipt either, and replaced the cspacitor.
