I recently had RighTime Home Services come out to my home for a service, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the professionalism and care shown by their technician Manuel Avalos. He was punctual, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable about everything he was working on. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my system, explain what needed to be done, and answered all of my questions.
Overall, the experience was great.

Jesus E. came out for maintenance and did a great job communicating and laying everything out. He was very professional. There were some hiccups from their office communicating his ETA and giving me inaccurate information for planning for his arrival. So much so that I thought I was going to get stood up with a no show again. Happened in the past and no one from the company ever acknowledged or addressed it. In any case once Jesus showed up, all went well. Thanks, Jesus!

So, it was the night before thanksgiving, I got stuck at work until 10 (think 15 hours) and I came home to the downstairs ceiling falling down from water damage. Abraham came out the next morning. He was so kind, thoughtful and exceedingly conscientious about his work. I felt so bad to ask for help on a holiday but I had the water off to the house and needed professional help. He explained everything when asked. I could not be more grateful.

Tony was amazing. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. He gave awesome advice on how to make sure both my systems stay running in tip top shape. He showed me pictures of my system for l any of the work he did or needed to do. He was honest and made sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend his services.

Home Depot in Southern California uses RighTime Home Services for their HVac services. We required a new gas furnace for our park model home, which we booked through Home Depot. We live in a smaller, remote community, but still received very quick and excellent service. We registered with Home Depot on a Friday and had an installed, operating furnace by Monday. The Technicians who installed the furnace (Ron and Tyler) were very professional and efficient. The whole process with RightTime Home Services was excellent.

This company is awesome and have the best workers.I've seen in a long time. They were responsible, considerate of the property, worked until it was finished. Did great job, taking all the time necessary to replace a/c, heater, and water heater and ensuring I was satisfied and happy with the completed job. I highly recommend them.

The tech arrived today for a maintenance check. Upon discovery the tech noticed that I had already had my 2 free maintenance checks for 2025. If I would taken this appointment today, I would have to pay. So therefore between myself and the tech we rescheduled for January of 2026. In doing so I'm able to stay on track to receive 2 free maintenance checks for 2026 during winter and summer when we use our units the most

RighTime at my home on 12/4/25 to clean blower wheel and seal the outdoor ducting on & around the HVAC unit on roof. Fernando was very professional and friendly. He did a thorough job, explained his findings, & sent me pictures of the completed work. He took the time to answer all of my questions.
RighTime here again on 10/29 for routine HVAC maintenance. As usual, their technician Christian did a good job - thorough, professional, polite, always willing to answer any questions we may have.
RighTime here on 5/29/24 for routine maintenance. Darlo did a good job - professional, experienced, thoroughly answered all our questions, friendly.
Prior service:
Had an unusual situation of stray cat in attic. We didn't know how it got in & thought it might have been through ducting when wasHVAC removed from roof for reroofing project. We were worried cat may have clawed hole in ducting. RighTime did a thorough check of internal ducting & checked areas of possible entry on the roof. Professional, timely, friendly service.
