I'm going out of my way to give RighTime the 5-star review it deserves. They replaced our HVAC system a year ago and we asked them to do a tune-up this week. It's so rare to find a company that goes above and beyond. All techs and phone agents have been professional, efficient and very timely and responsive to our needs or requests. Our tech today was Myshera who was very knowledgeable and informative and professional. I've had this same positive experience with all of their staff. It's such a pleasure to work with a company who is on time and gets the job done so efficiently! Highly recommend this company!

The technician Juan Castro was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, explained everything about our HVAC system during the tuneup. RightTime did our installation 3 years ago, and everything is great.

I couldn't be more impressed with the team from Rightime Home Services - Steven, Ron, Mohammed, and Oscar! From start to finish, they were extremely professional, respectful, and clearly experts at what they do. They made sure complete HVAC system was installed correctly and safely, walked me through the process, and ensured I understood the next steps moving forward. They also to care of hauling away the old system and left the work area clean and tidy. First Conor Peterson came to do the tuneup I ordered via home depot. He did a good job and explained to me what he found out from the measurement and routine inspection . He recommended me for a leak search at the end to ensure long last system performance.
One day after there was a system shutdown, and his teammate, Louis Alvarenga came to my house today to fix the unit shutdown issue to back up his teammate who is off today. He quickly pinned down it to the water in the backup pan and drainage issue. He cleaned it up and explained to me with what happened and what the solution is. He also recommended me the future maintenance tasks. It shows the team work.
I definitely recommend both Louis and Conor and his team, you can trust.

Excellent, quick service. Everything was explained completely before I spent any money. Very appreciative.
I invested in the maintenance services and they call me when the service is due. I appreciate not having to remember to do this and makes the service very convenient. The technicians have all been very professional and helpful.
For instance, my air intake on my AC/Heating unit is near the ground and I live in the desert with 3 cats. The technician informed me I need to change my filter more often to extend the life of my unit. I also bought an air purifier on the last visit which will eliminate the smaller particles that slip through the filter and any bacteria build up from water sitting in the pipes and developing yuck. Very helpful.
I have so much trust in their good service I have hired them to insulate my garage attic and install a split AC/Heating device to keep the garage cool. I was provided with several payment options and was able to select the financing that best suit my budget.
I have a second house and was given an extremely competitive quote to install an HVAC system. I'm going with them and the new system will be installed this week.
