The technician Cody professionally assessed the problem and laid out a few options for how To proceed. There were no aggressive sales tactics, and I appreciated his help with Talking through the problem, and ultimately determining that no intervention was needed at this time. Would recommend their services!

I had a pretty extensive root blockage about 20 feet downstream from the house on my sewer line. Everything took forever to drain, and it even backed up into a shower stall. The Rescue Rooter guys, led by Cody Secrest and finished up by Joseph Henry completely fixed the problem and left me with two clean outs that will allow easier access in the future if needed. It was all done professionally and today got the final inspection and Joey filled and smoothed the excavation and it looks great.

The team from Repipe Specialists (Matt, Maurice, Daniel, and Sean) did an outstanding job repiping our home. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and super kind! The work was completed on time, the quality is excellent, and they made sure we understood everything throughout the process. We truly appreciate their attention to detail and the care they put into their work. Highly recommend this team for anyone needing a smooth and stress-free repipe experience! I just want to say that these guys are very good. I called their office today in the morning with an emergency because my hot water tank had failed. They scheduled the appointment for me with ease and Cody came out on time. He was so nice and very knowledgeable but above all he was very honest. To me that is very cardinal principle when it comes to hiring a technician. Cody was able to diagnose and resolve the problem very quickly. Also he educated me on my hot water tank system and when to replace it. He gave me options of which ones to buy and how reliable they are. I would use their service more and more again and I highly recommend this company to anyone out there. Cody, -- thank you so much for your service and for rescuing us today, at least we can take a hot shower today😀.

Joshua Drury from Rescue Router did a great job with inspection for a potential leak in the shower supply/drain, he was very patient and thorough in checking the plumbing, vents, crawl space and even the drain pipes under there. Fortunately, he did not find any issues with the plumbing or see leaks anywhere, and did not have any services recommended. He even inspected the boiler and under sink valves for overall plumbing health which was much appreciated!

Rescue Rooter was able to come out within just a few hours for a clogged sink drain. Tre was professional, friendly, and patient. He explained the options, provided a clear cost estimate, and performed the work efficiently and neatly. He also provided recommendations on how to care for our old building pipes going forward. When I called again about low water pressure in the sink tap, Devin helped me resolve the issue over the phone by patiently walking me through a couple simple troubleshooting steps - no visit even needed!

scheduling was very efficient and lots of communication as they were looking for a plumber to come out on a sunday. Nicholas was fantastic! very clear on what was going on, what was the pricing etc. The job (storm drain blockage). was way more complicated than expected, but he worked until the job was done, which was over the estimated number of hours, but no change in price. great job.
fyi: I called apollo plumbing for the same job and there were 2x the price, which little explanation.
